Walgreens, Clearwater FL

I come to this Walgreens twice a day. At least. I know all the customer service reps. Some of them are very nice. Some of them are very quiet. However, today was Christmas Eve. I was screamed at over trying to buy a lighter because the sales associate could not find the lighter I was speaking about. I remained calm as she huffed and puffed through her hands in the air stomped her feet at me. It's Christmas Eve. She was in quite the mood and then began to scream at me in front of a line of people. I called the store to let them know. I was told by the manager you know that's not acceptable. She'll have a talk with her but it is the holidays. Well because it's the holidays. Does that make it okay to treat your customers that way? I don't think so

Awful service provided by the cashier. Gave me rude remarks for using the ATM, and discriminated against my corrective lenses.

This pharmacy is the best! Staff there are very friendly. Especially Mary! I was having a issue with insurance company on one of my meds that I am prescribed. She not only went out of her way to get me a HUGE discount on my meds but spoke with insurance company and got issues resolved. Outstanding employee! Thank You!

Absolutely do not use this pharmacy over C. V. S. The same script at Cvs was 6$ they want 46$ at Walgreens and won't transfer over my script!

Guess online ordering “doesn’t work” but still takes money out of my account. That’s crazy don’t bother going here horrible service.

(cashier) Bree.her attitude and personality are absolute TRASH. Please put a more pleasant person on front line.

Needed a late prescription. We have the best pharmacist, Lourdes is so patient and helpful!

Do Not Use This Location.
Wife ordered prints at 8 am.
Told it would be ready be by 9: 20am.
Showed up at 10: 15am.
Waited for 20 mins at pick up counter, for no one to show.
Ask main clerk.
Harassed for even asking.
Would not stop looking at the 5x6 section from the "ship out" section. Even though they are repeatedly being told it's 8x10 online pickup section instead.
Second employee shows up and repeats the same exact process.
At this point shes quite frustrated and employee number three shows.
He actually tried to help.
Had printer troubles. That's fine
But that was insane. Please do not support.

Had a very unpleasant experience here. Cashier was very rude I’ve come by this location lots of times before and never had a problem until last night.

Excellent Walgreens location; consistently clean, well stocked shelves, and personable service. Hopefully, they'll return to 24/7.

This is the worst Walgreens’s pharmacy I ever encountered and I have been going to Walgreens for years. They are incredibly rude and some even argue with you about simple things. Even my doctor’s office complained about how rude they were. There is only one pleasant person that works there and that’s not enough. I only kept going there because it was close to my house. But no more. Uncaring and rude staff. Not worth it. I’m switching pharmacies.
