Drug Store Walgreens reviews
22I went in to Walgreens the other day to pick up a Fed Ex package and the young gentlemen who was working behind the counter had his protective face mask pulled down under his chin and proceeded to talk to me without safe social distancing. He was not behind the plexiglass and I had to ask him to pull up his face mask for safety reasons. I felt extremely unsafe the entire time that I was there, especially since the number of COVID-19 cases is growing in our area.
I really do hope that they card EVERYONE like they told me. I am almost 60 years old and look it and had mine and everyone else's time wasted as someone younger than I carded me. Fine if everyone is carded. But if NOT.
This location in particular is so rude and extremely slow at pharmacy. It’s insane. I have tried it time and time again, as the location is very convenient for me. But it is now apparent to be more worth it to drive out of my way and go to the other port orange location or Ormond Beach for friendly, as well as faster, service.
After hours in the ER I was greeted by judgement and negative attitude. When asked if my insurance would work at this location the woman repeatedly just said I won’t know until I run it. She couldn’t run it right away while I was there so she finally agreed to call if there was a problem. Two hours later at closing time still no call. When I went to pick up the prescription the insurance is not accepted and the total was $1200 plus! She was still very angry and short. No explanation for not contacting me. Terrible terrible human to be dealing with the sick public. Unfortunately, I am sure I am not the first she has treated this way which tells me this behavior is acceptable at this location.
Dimitry has been the most cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful pharmacist I've ever dealt with. Dimitry has helped us for years, especially when he was at the other store, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is one of the calmest individuals I've ever met and a great reservoir of pharmaceutical knowledge. He is a credit to Walgreens.
Pharmacy drive thru needs work on getting customers in and out. This is why we drive up. We need to hurry. I go on my lunch break and by the time I leave there my break is up. Very disappointing!
Great Shopping Experience. The cosmetics clerk was awesome. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I love this walgreens. All the pharmacy girls are so caring. I see how busy it gets and they handle it all so well. All the pharmacist are so knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Terrible service. I am from Cincinnati and my child has an ear infection, she is also allergic to red dye so when I asked the pharmacist of the medication had red dye in it his response was he didn't know and to give her some and if she had a reaction to it then don't give anymore. Seriously? I called the Granada Walgreen's and they told me immediately weather or not the dye was listed on the ingredients. I don't understand why it was so difficult for the first pharmacist but I think it might be time for Walgreen's to replace him if he can't even answer simple questions for patients with allergies.
Do NOT use this pharmacy. I have never dealt with such rude, inconsiderate, people in my life. Never shopping here again, or using their pharmacy.
The drive through Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Just spoke with "Tori" and I've been trying for over 2 months to pick up an ACNE prescription. They honestly don't know what they're doing and it's been an ongoing battle with them and my dermatologist. I'm currently transferring pharmacys
Not the best but not the worst. I have always come here for a western union. It doesn't always work but when it does its great
Call corporate. I did. Had the pharmacy manager, who couldn't have cared less previously, call me and apologize. Treated me horribly. Even told me to go try another chain for my Parkinson's meds.
I switched to the one on S. Nova and Reed Canal. Awesome staff. Catherine, especially, is amazingly helpful, kind and, you know, gives a crap. ;)
Call corporate and tell them if you have a problem with this one, then switch. Any pharmacy is better than this one.
The pharmacy lied one more time. Was advised that my girlfriends medication would be ready in an hour and then told her to come tomorrow. They do not care about doctors prescriptions whatsoever.
Time after time I go into the pharmacy to pickup regular prescriptions and it takes them forever. A couple of the workers are very rude.
I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about, I've had great experiences here, never had a problem with any prescriptions or getting help with anything I needed.
I miss having a 24/7 Walgreens near me but I still like going to this store. The technicians are always nice and wanting to help.
Order medication online, pick up an hour later. Easy as cake. Staff was nice too, must have replaced them since these previous complaints.
Terrible drive thru and inside pharmacy staff. They are very slow performing and are not very friendly. I have never met so many rude people at a pharmacy before.not only did I wait an hour for my prescription, I waited a whopping 40 minutes (no joke) in the drive thru until I reached the window. No longer will I spend my money at this pharmacy. It defeats the purpose of having a drive they service if your are not going to have fast and efficient service.
The pharmacy lied to me. THE STORE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNCARING. WORST WALGEENS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!
