Worse place ever, bring my prescription they told me to come back 4hrs later ok. I came and they do not find my prescription on the system finally found the paper and told me you need to call the doctor because i do not understand what the paper said, call doctor next day and explain/ Doctor call and they told her i never been in the pharmacy, i came back and they said was a mistake doctor need to call again, doctor call and never phone was picked, i came to the pharmacy get the doctor on the phone she explained what the prescription said, all that took me 3hrs inside the pharmacy waiting. Changing pharmacy ASAP.do not bother to call they do not pick up. If they are short staff hire people, a lot of people need a job. And do not use COVID-19 vaccine for excuse of the tardiness of the prescription to be ready.people have another conditions not related with COVID-19.

Ordering online and picking up is horrible when it comes to Walgreens but Calros managed to make it a great experience

The pharmacy department was the worst. I went to get my testosterone medicine and the doctor told the clerk to ask me if I was pregnant. WHATTTT IM A GUY very embarrassing never will shop there or pick up my medicine.

Compassion, emphathy and skill dealing with the public are LACKING in the pharmacy staff. Misinformation abounds

Super slow. Now they can't find any records under my name after I've been going to them for over 4 years! Ridiculous

I give this Walgreen 0 stars. Worst pharmacy ever! Always giving the wrong information and always some type of delay. They take FOREVER to answer the phone. Avoid this pharmacy.

I have never been more frustrated by a pharmacy ever in my entire life. As nice as they may be that means nothing when a patient that has been trying to get their prescriptions done for THREE weeks and still has nothing. The doctor herself has called personally to send them the prescriptions but they never "show up" in the system afterwards. It's ludicrous. When we first went the patient was in the system already, but her insurance didn't cover certain medications, so we called the insurance got it all settled and then we went back time and time again and the patient suddenly isn't in the system either. I left the pharmacy today after going every few days for the past three week and yet again I am incredibly disappointed and cannot get the medications needed for my patient. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Very bad attention, Western Union does not work there are those computers are slow and the people who attend do not know anything about WesternUnion, it is to waste time

The worst place, waiting for more the one hour, they tell me my medicine be ready on 15 at 30 when to ask if are ready and make me, go on line just to ask if my medicine was ready to tell me.no waiting another hour just to tell me they dont haven't, thw worst place ever back to CVS

Worse customer service! The wait and the attitude of the Spanish speaking people is the worse! I feel like Walgreens used to be a great place! The good customer service outcome any wait but here is like the worse!

This pharmacy is the slowest one around. Don't have scripts filled here if you are in dire need of your meds or if you need them asap.

Today Dec. 2,2017/ at 2;15pm, my day was ruined by the front cashier at Walgreens, in E. Osceola, Fl. I couldn't hear what she was saying when it was time for me to pay, I am deaf & I relied on my vision to see the price on the screen so I can give her the right among of money. The cashier was very rude when she forcefully turned the screen towards me to view. I said, I'm sorry but I'm deaf & I need to see the screen. Staff at walgreens need to understand there will always be a lot of customers with special needs & disabilities, especially militaries & their families. My suggestion is for staff to have a little bit of consideration, paticence & a yearly customer services training.

Avoid the pharmacy at all cost. They thing they own the medicines. Pharmacists are always asking things they are not supposed to and then lie to you if they just don’t want to give you a refill. They forget we have the world of knowledge in our hands so everything be verify on the internet. They will call you a lire right in your face. I’m have Crohn’s disease and I’m always prescribed pain meds cause my case is almost untreatable and they treat patients with severe chronic pain diseases like junkies. Never felt so disrespected.

They will tell you that you have no insurance after presenting your card and having them speak to your insurance card. The people working here are useless and pathetic providing the poorest customer service. They do not know how to perform this job, sadly.

Horrible. Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I have waited almost an hour at this location. No exaggeration. Most of the time the staff is nice enough but they are always rushed and flustered so not much time for being welcoming and friendly. Avoid this Walgreens if at all possible.

I went to the store roughly around 1ish and they were slightly busy but cosmetic associate lesaile i think was super helpful in resolving my issue with some headphones that i purchased a few weeks ago she explained the policy for future issues and i appreciated that info. Thank you

Cashier Chris could not be more rude and he sure needs a better customer services skills I been coming to this Walgreens location for over 20 years Slow cashier skills also

My doctor sent a prescription at 11am this morning and it's still not filled. I called and got hung up on after 23 mins and 29 seconds. Then I call back and demand a manager and the response is ill have it ready when you come but there is going to be a wait. I've been waiting almost 11 hrs that's long enough. Horrible customer service

The only reason I give 5 stars is because of Melissa over at the pharmacy. She usually works on the drive up and she is always extra helpful even though they are always slammed with customers. The lady pharmacist is very helpful also. Everything else is not great at this location. Only some of the employees like them.
