13 Pharmacy Doesn’t Pickup call just keeps pressing the hold button
I experienced this on

None acknowledged me to wait although wait Q was completed.
Kept hearing the dial tone and Someone putting me back into hold, more than 10 times…
Manager needs to train employees better
Or both manager and employees need training.
Normally I wouldn't bother with a bad review and just take my business elsewhere, but Ive had it. I've used walgreens all my life to fill my prescriptions and will now switch over to cvs because of this pharmacy. They keep you on hold and you get automatically hung up on when they don't answer. They also had a data breach where 4 of my prescriptions kept randomly disappearing and had no answer for it whatsoever until one of the pharmacists actually stepped up to help on the THIRD day of not having my prescriptions and asking for help. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU TAKE MEDICATION REGULARLY, THEY ARE CLUELESS AND ARE NOT THEIR TO HELP YOU WHATSOEVER. OH AND WATCH YOUR INFO AS THEIR APP HAD A DATA BREACH. Also, as far as the store itself is concerned, at night it's impossible to get service to check out. One day I literally had to scream across the store for help after waiting at an empty register for 20 minutes. Save your time and don't bother.
Today a nice young lady name Raquel was just incredible. A stranger man kept bothering me inside the store even waiting for me outside I felt scared inside. Raquel watch over me and even went outside to see if I was okay so the man wouldn’t bother me no more. Thank you for having her ️

Bathroom nasty no soap no paper towels ants crawling all over the floors discussing dirty business no wonder covid is spiking around here,!
Absolutely dreadful service at this store they will literally racially profile you and not fulfill pharmacy orders. Even if you have been getting the same medication from the same doctor and going to this exact walgreens. Not only that but when questioning the reason you get a phone hung up on you and patronized over the phone when you questioned whats wrong. Been going to this store for over four years since it opened and the service has absolutely become abysmal.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Costumer service is horrible at this location. The staff there in the photo department do not know what they're doing. We ordered a photo calendar in advance gave them 2 days to finish it and we are still waiting for our photos to be printed. They switched the pictures to a different location and said they would be ready in 15 minutes. We get to the store and they tell us it's going to be ready in 2 hours. Horrible service and I would stay away from this store.
I was very frustrated after trying to print a photo from my phone. Jacob was very helpful and patient. He went above and beyond, I very much appreciated his help

This review is in regards to the Pharmacy Manager Lilly. She was extremely rude on the phone when calling for information about our prescription. I was so caught off guard by this. She was talking over me, not letting me speak or finish my sentences. When dealing with clients who are on specialty medications and have health conditions, I would expect at the very least for the manager to have more of a caring tone, not harsh and abrupt.i had her on speaker and my husband could not believe the tone in her voice toward me. I am in the service industry, and I own my own business. I would never take that tone with a client being in a managerial position. I will be taking my business to the location in Wellington from now on. I almost never complain about anything either. I will say the man in the pharmacy is extremely nice and helpful, I thought he was the manager. He even promised to always have my medication in stock.
Had an issue with a RX. Rather than call the Dr's office, Jeanette A told me that I should have taken it up with the Dr beforehand. I spent almost an hour in the parking lot trying to reach my Dr by phone.
My Dr was not happy. She said the pharmacy could have gotten through in 30 seconds. Now, I have an extention number to teach my Dr and we are transferring my RXs to Publix.
Jeanette A didn't even bother to take this up with the pharmacist.
Sorry, won't be doing buis with you again walgreens.

The cashier was not interested in cashing us out. She was more interested in having a conversation with the manager. No smile, no hello and no have a good day.
