Pharmacy Walgreens reviews
9Something "odd" about 17th Street Vero Beach location pharmacy in the back of store: "they make the prescription & simple purchase process extremely confusing & difficult" (so much so, I go across the street to the CVS pharmacy who's staff make the prescription process simple; what it should be, especially if you are ill).
Very crowded with at least 7 people in line. Manager and cashier had their back to the line looking up something on the computer for 5 minutes.ignoring the customers in line.very slow service
Always have my items in stock, reasonable prices and pharmacy is usually always caught up with no wait.
I ran out of my prescription while on vacation in Florida. My doctor twice faxed and called in my prescription to the CVS on King’s Hwy in Ft. Pierce. I Called and went there twice, they mysteriously never received it. Plus the line was 5 deep. I decided to try WALGREENS. My doctor faxed it once. I called early the next morning and it was done! I even received a confirmation email telling me it was ready. I went and picked it up thru the drive thru, no line. Quick, competent and friendly service!
Nothing too special for Walgreens, beyond the friendly employees. Prices are standard and there are a few tourist items for people from out of town.
The employees here seem to go out of their way to treat customers rudely. I don't even like when employees are overly friendly or too helpful but to be so actively terrible to people is very confusing. I hope it was just a bad day for the person that prompted me to write this review.
Good store with a lot of useful things and many unnecessary items that are totally over-priced. Good pharmacy to get advise.
Clean store, good variety of brand named and quality store brand items. Mr. Gross employees friendly people. The parking lot can be a challenge at times and the pharmacy drive thru is ridiculously slow.
