Leslie the pharmacist is a selfish lazy person. I called ahead to get a prescription filled and was told I wouldn’t be able to get it filled until the next day because they were going to close in 15 minutes. I was also told our new insurance will only pay for CVS. I drove to Walgreens (two minutes from my house) to see if I could get a paper copy since they were about to close so I could get it filled at a CVS that was still open. I arrived in person 10 minutes before close. They said they couldn’t print it because it was escribed. Leslie said I’d have to call another Walgreens, transfer the script to a Walgreens that’s open later since they were about to close, and then have CVS call the open later Walgreens to transfer it again. I still had 10 minutes left to close. Within a minute I had the pharmacist from CVS on the phone who said she’d talk to the Walgreens pharmacist to get the script transferred. I hung up and told the Walgreens tech CVS would call any second. He relayed this to Leslie who said “We’re not doing that, we’re closed. ” I stood at the counter for several more minutes as the phone rang twice. Leslie the pharmacist and the younger gentleman who I believe was a tech, ignored the calls. I couldn’t understand why they were ignoring because I knew it was CVS calling. Then Leslie came to the window two minutes to close and told me “We’re closed, “ as if trying to get rid of me. I said “CVS just called you, all you had to do was answer the phone. ” She said “that’s not CVS, we have caller ID” (she herself also never looked at the phone, the tech did). She and I went back an forth for a second as she continued to insist I need to have the prescription transferred twice instead of just taking the call from CVS, and then shut the window in my face. CVS called me a second later saying they called multiple times and Walgreens wasn’t answering. I know it’s true because I watched Walgreens pharmacy ignore the phone calls. All this woman or the tech had to do was answer the phone and give CVS the prescription information. The tech seemed like he wanted to help, but Leslie was clearly putting her foot down saying they werent going to do it because they were 10 minutes from closing. She refused to take two minutes to transfer the script, and she refused to help when I called ahead before that. I get that it’s annoying to do stuff for customers right before you close but guess what, it happens, you’re supposed to work until the end of your shift. Not 15 minutes prior to. This isn’t the restaurant business where you’ve shut your machines down and cleaned up. All she had to do was answer a phone call. Instead I’m making multiple phone calls to multiple pharmacies getting a prescription transferred twice, super pregnant, just wanting to be home with my baby. And I literally never leave negative reviews, but this is the third time we’ve had an issue with a pharmacist or tech at Walgreens not wanting to do their job and it negatively affecting and delaying getting a prescription filled for our household. There is a culture of laziness at this pharmacy and lack of wanting to help others. And I know you’re supposed to get scripts squared away a few days before you run out, but sometimes things happen right? 29 weeks pregnant with twins and a baby at home will create an opportunity to forget something. I would just hope that the person across the counter is a human being willing to be helpful. But it’s lazy Leslie who wants to shut it down 15 minutes before close.

I wish i lived closer to this Walgreens, I was in the neighborhood because of baseball and the employee Diana helped me, she was so polite, when I needed help finding something she knew exactly where it was, she was very quick at the register which I needed because I was in a rush to get home. Store was nice and neet as well

I want to thank Diana for being so friendly, helpful and always so courteous. I go there regularly for my meds. She always asks about things I may need or has suggestions. With the current virus situation, they are truly lucky and blessed to have her. I hope they plan on keeping her. Donald Hall

Horrible knowledge of insurance coverage. Had 4 to fill.only processed one correctly, did not even know that my secondary insurance covers my prescriptions.said I had an "old" card. Same card I have been using for 10 years. I believe they wanted to charge me "retail" and still charge my insurance. Pity the elderly down here in Florida.

The unprofessional behavior of Jennifer the acting manager is completely unbelievable. I purchased a six-pack of beer and realized it was a non alcoholic version of the brand and immediately return into the store receipt in hand wanting to exchange it for the proper item when I was extremely rudely told by JENNIFER that there were no exchanges on alcoholic beverages which I literally just purchased. So much for customer service. JENNIFER IS A JOKE OF A MANAGER.

I've had so many problems with this pharmacy its unreal. They dont know how to use your insurance otc benifits without a prescription (which my insurance does not require). They have also given me medications without the correct amount of pills and charged me for medications I did not want and were unable to change it. In addition anything you buy here is almost half priced at dallor generall or some other nearby store. Do not go here. There is one cashier who is really nice and has a terrific attitude but that's about the only good thing about this store.

Excellent Walgreens. Customer service is always amazing. The employees are what make this store feel like home.

Terrible staff and pharmacist. Go in for medication recommended by allergist, get treated like a criminal.

I would give this Walgreens location 0 stars but there isn't an option. Everytime my family comes in we get followed by this fat fake red head girl who has been raised in the barn since she has no manners. Pointing her finger at us to other employees like we should be watched or something it's happened 4 Times in a week. I will not go to this location anymore nor will my friends family or coworkers cause this girl has done it to them as well. She needs to get FIRED. Or get knocked out. Maybe than she'll get some manners and learn to respect customers instead of herself.
