Walgreens Pharmacy reviews
12 This really is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived all over North America. I’m not sure if it’s a location or just Walgreens. I’ve spent hours on the phone on hold but the pharmacy with no one coming to the phone.
I had a Covid test in December and it took them. I was two weeks to get my test results back. They said that someone forgot to give the samples to FedEx.
The customer service agents within the pharmacy are not good, some of them. Just a overall bad experience I try to avoid this location as much as possible.
Walgreens is always neat.and clean. You can ask them questions. And they give some nice coupons to save some money!
Standalone venue much like other locations from this popular drugstore chain. Easy parking. Seldom crowded. Clean & well stocked. Pleasant staff. Met all expectations, no surprises.
I had phoned the pharmacy regarding my mother's refill, stating that I received a message stating it was pending insurance. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the woman that answered, didn't state her name and already sounded bothered. I proceeded to explain that my mom only had 2 pills left and that it should be covered. She proceeded to tell me that there's nothing she can do and that I should contact the insurance company, multiple times she stated that to me in a very rude, unprofessional manner. I stated that I would pay for the pills until they get approval. She continued to state that there's nothing she can do and to contact the insurance. I started to get upset, as my mom will need her meds, if there's anyway to obtain the pills. She proceeded to rant and refused to give me her name and abruptly hung up on me.great customer service! I, of course called back, waited another 20 minutes, when a man answered, I'm assuming the pharmacist, tech, I don't know didn't identify themselves. But, did proceed to tell me that that wasn't he's usual store. He stated that twice. It nowhere with him as well and when asked what the woman's name was, he stated she didn't want to say and that he didn't know her name. The manager was not there and I was told her name is Dee and she should be in sometime after 9am.let's see what happens. That woman definitely needs to be Fired.all took place between 430p and 5pm
GO ELSEWHERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION. Horrible service at 999 Sebastian Blvd. Prescription sent at 8am. By 7pm, after waiting inside for over 30 min, prescription not found in the system. 30 hours after Dr. 's request, refill still not ready, and according to the pharmacy staff, they couldn't even give me an approximate time or day! I went to Winn-dixie across the street, the pharmacist got the prescription transferred to them, and I had the meds within the hour. Worth mentioning: most no-prescription drugs can be found way cheaper at Winn-dixie just steps away.
They called me to tell me my prescription was due I called and said I needed it I was going to pick it up before 5 the pharmacist said great it's in the system. I go they only have 15 pills and never let me know that until I was already there and it wasn't ready
Horrible pharmacy, I went to this location for years and was astonished and how such ignorance and incompetence could continually occur. Getting my meds from here was an absolute nightmare. I switched to Publix and have not had any issues since. I would be told by different people completely different information, drive there be told something else, and come back again one day up to 4 times. They screwed up everything that could possibly be screwed up, I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down. I will never go to this 3rd world place again, this is the epicenter of the downfall of the American Healthcare system. I went without my medicine many times. Please know that Pharmacist Anthony was cold, rude, and should not be in the business of medicine or helping people clearly, he is a condescending unprofessional man that should be in a position where his extremely uncaring behavior cannot affect others. Please NEVER go to this pharmacy and spare so much stress, phone calls, trips there, missed meds, and the rude staff!
WALGR EENS NEEDS TO SPEND SOME OF THEIR PROFIT ON A NEW & MORE AUDIBLE SOUND SYSTEM FOR THEIR DRIVE-IN'S. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. EVERY PHARMACY!
Stay away the most poorly managed store I have ever shopped at. Always a line and always one cashier on duty. So if you don't have anything to do that day you can wait in line. Also they never have enough stock I always have to drive to the Walgreens on us1 because of this STAY AWAY!
Very helpful, friendly service. Has a large variety of items that were medically related. Ill definitely be returning here soon.
Pharmacist was rude, upset because it was close to closing time. Very unprofessional. Waited behind 3 cars that took forever, but wanted to scold me for coming so late. Need to lose the attitude. Will go to another pharmacy for now on.
I was prescribed an antihistamine from my doctor, and Walgreens didn't bother to tell me that I could have gotten the generic OTC medication from their shelves that would have saved me a lot of money. I would expect Walgreens to provide information to better serve their customers.
