11Absolutely terrible pharmacy staff, unresponsive and they purposely don’t answer the phones
Some staff were helpful some were very rude, at all I don't like my shopping experience here
The store has lost their system and we’re closed down when I arrived. The pharmacist at the time was very care and understanding about my time and the situation that was happening. She was able to keep everyone calm and solve everyone’s situations in a timely matter. Very patient staff!
I might as well add to this already terrible rating. Completely unprofessional and trash customer service. Long wait times. They pick up and hang up on you or ask you to hold and you wait another 30 minutes. Inconsiderate and unapologetic with an attitude on top of that.
I have had so many issues here… to start they stopped ordering my original medication and randomly gave me the generic brand, when I took the generic brand I got so ill, it was sickening, they told me they don’t order the original one anymore. So I went to CVS, after my insurance stopped working with CVS I had no choice but to come back to this Walgreens and just to get the medication transferred has taken me OVER A MONTH! To the point they still didn’t do it right because I had to tell my doctors to cancel the original order and put in a new one because clearly this location can’t do nothing correctly and coming to find out they can order the original medication I had been taken…. Pure laziness, shortness of staff at a “busy” location, and better training or just get a whole new staff that actually wants to do their job for THE PEOPLE and correctly with no misinformation for the get go and now the order is backed order so I have no medication for the month! This location is SO FRUSTRATING! I wish I had a better more efficient location next to me.

One of the worst Walgreens experiences you can have! I booked an appointment for a Covid 19 drive thru test and I was waiting to be served for over 15 minutes. The next interaction I received was an angry woman who told me “we are not taking tests today” no explanation what so ever. It seemed like she was a manager. Obviously I waited and another employee supposedly named Tanya explained me to that the system was down and that I can drive to another Walgreens to get tested. Obviously I asked to transfer the appointment to another walgreeens and her response was that they could not do that. Terrible service. Poor communication and a waste of time and money. PATHETIC
Waited thirty minutes in drive thru just to be told that I can't purchase an over the counter medicine from the drive thru. #COVID-19
I have been sitting in drive thru go over 1 1/2 hours to do a COVID test, Is having a prescription feel so they’re waiting on the prescription while everybody sit in line unbelievable if they have to wait 3040 minutes the people should in the store should tell them you cannot sit here for 3040 minutes and hold up the line come back at a certain time this is unbelievable Horrible service this is stupid.
The employees have a bad attitude, do not welcome you. Also they never have 1% milk.waist of gas and time every time I go there. They make you go back and forward for your meds. They are never ready.
Worst pharmacy in town. Expect hours if you want to do any transaction with them, dropping off or picking up a prescription.
Very rude. I work at a Doctor's office and tried calling to get their fax number so I could send in a prescription for a patient. After 13 minutes of waiting on the phone I finally got someone but they immediately hung up the phone after I said I was calling from a doctors office. The second time I called in I got someone that was just plain rude. As far as the walgreens itself I cant speak for itself but I wouldnt be surprised if most people were rude
