Walgreens Pharmacy, Delray Beach FL

The pharmacy tech I just spoke to on September 7th at 3: 50pm was incredibly disrespectful to me. I had received a text and phone call that my prescription was ready to be picked up at this exact location, but she said there was nothing there. No big deal, but I wanted the issue resolved. I needed to know if it was sent to a different location or if there was any other miscommunication along the way. She spoke over me every time I tried to talk and ended the conversation with saying, “whatever, I have to go. ” and hung up on me. I will be going out of my way to drive to another Walgreens further away.

Update: another Walgreens was able to transfer my prescription FROM THIS LOCATION to another with zero problems. It was there the entire time.

I would give this Walgreens Pharmacy staff zero stars if I could. Claimed they had the correct generic for a patient and still gave the patient the wrong generic after taking the money for the 365 pills they gave him! We let them know this generic can be detrimental for patient but pharmacist and staff did not seem to care. They are all unprofessional and not very smart. Go to another Walgreens pharmacy if you want good, informative and quick prescription care!

Damaris the pharmacy manager was extremely rude on the phone and didn’t seem like she wanted to help. Would strongly suggest a different pharmacy if you want better service.

People calling my wife and hanging up. A lady called and stayed quiet for like 10 seconds, then proceeds to say "I don't speak spanish", in spanish and then hangs up.

The pharmacy has no posted hours closes at all different times. The closed the metal door on my face waiting for my toddlers medication at 5: 30, when they saw me. The rudest experience I’ve ever had on a Monday. Saw the pharmacist then run outside and completely ignore me

Always a good experience with the staff. Lot's of people begging for money outside though.

Staff are always pleasant. Store is always clean and well-stocked. Unfortunately, the location is in a shady location and there always people outside begging for money.

I was waiting 3 times each once 20 minutes then 25 minutes and the 3rd time 15 minutes then I gave up

I usually never leave reviews for anything, especially walgreens. However this transaction was different than most. After having a terrible day with the flu i went in the pharmacy to pick up my medicine for the flu and this pharmacist technician named Ghena was so ever polite to me after she was being yelled at by a nasty customer who had no right too. The way she treated me was as if i was family, she answered all my questions about the medicine i picked up. The way she spoke and handled our transaction was delightful more employees should learn from her.

I've got nothing against this location as a place to go. The cashier on the morning of 11/27/19 on the other hand. I go up there to pay, she insists that the customer before me stop paying for his purchase so he can enter his points number. Then she gives him a thing that boosts his points received for the transaction. I get up there, automatically enter my points number, and no extra for myself. On top of that, she barely said good morning to me. Just because someone is younger or older than you does not give you the right to treat them poorly.

Herbithilde couldn’t have been ruder.of course I took exception to this which was met with more attitude. Not sure why you’d take a job that brings on such misery.even after genuinely apologizing for my attitude and walking thru the drive thru, she simply looked away and ignored me.very awkward, lacks interpersonal skills.won’t be coming back.

Bought two pack of 16 AA batteries because they were on sale B1G1. I kept 1 pack, brought the other pack back to the store to exchange for a 16 pack AAA. Same walgreens brand and both are $11.99 original. All the manager had to do was an even exchange. Do you know that she said no. She said, she couldn't exchange it cause they were different price. Well of course they were different price, it was on sale when I got them. That's why it needed to be an even exchange. I got so mad, I just returned the batteries and left. Some people are just not too bright. I rarely shop at Walgreens anymore, It's just not the same. Especially store #5068.

I loath this pharmacy with every fiber of my being but its the closest to my work. My prescriptions are never ready on time. And today I finally found out why.my insurance company puts a hold on it and they have to override it. Why wouldn't they call me and tell me that? !? !? ! I really don't think it's that hard to do. I have an hour for lunch and I get to spend all of it waiting for them to fill my script because their customer service is so dismal.

Phoned store at 11: 50 to pick up a package. No answer first 2x then put immediately on hold without even saying hello. Pulled up at 11: 57 doors were locked. Manager came up and said they were closed. If the hours are until 12am the store should be open until 12am. Typical lazy manager looking to beat the company out of a few minutes ended up losing 200 sale and a customer. 3-11-19.

This is the closest Walgreens to my house, every time I show up to refill my meds they say "we don't have anything here" and refuse to help me. The last time i went the pharmacy was about to close but I needed my medication and for the last script the woman said, "I don't know what you wanna do this isn't gonna be ready for three days if you drop it off now" because she didn't want to deal with it so close to closing. I have to change Walgreens locations and drive further away just to try to get someone to help me because EVERY time I go to this one, there's a problem. Don't waste your time and energy, driving a few more miles is worth it.
