The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. A complete joke. I watched a pharmacist untangle a phone cord for 10 minutes and then cancel previously made vaccination APPOINTMENTS because they were too busy. I now don’t even trust this place to administer the correct vaccine.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Used to be alright even with the bad reviews. Now I understand all the negative reviews. Don’t bother with these people, go to a diffrent one or CVS. What they do is put you on hold, keep you there, answer it, put you on hold again then just hand up after 30 to 45 minutes. They literally hung up on our doctor because someone didn’t want to work. It’s only a matter of time before they are sued for negligence… good luck to you.

Am a physician trying to get in touch with the pharmacy to leave a new prescription order. Have been hearing the recording stating that the "staff is answering other calls" for the past 11 minutes. Difficult to leave a prescription when no one picks up or no automated feature given

Horrible customer service.could not get a hold of anybody in the pharmacy.left me on hold longer than 30 minutes.

They are the only pharmacy that my husband and I have a problem with getting meds when we are in Florida. They are always telling us that the insurance company is not okaying an antibiotic. We are very well insured so there is something wrong with their system. Something very wrong! We even have the young lady that takes care of all the insurance at my husbands office call to straighten it out. ALWAYS A PROBLEM FOR THE PHARMACY!
