Walgreens Photo, Margate FL

I have been doing photos here for a few years. The service has declined terribly over the last 6 months. My last 2 orders here, last one was in the middle of August, had orders for 4x6 and Canvas prints. Each time I was notified via text and email that the orders were ready to be picked up. Each time when I arrived the Canvas part of the order was not ready, requiring a 2nd trip at a later day and time. The employee said they were missing parts for the Canvas frame, so it could not get completed. When I told them about my text and email notifications, they responded with the ridiculous answer saying, "Oh, that just means they are printed, not necessarily ready". Additionally, the photo area has no order to it. When you give them your name, they must search through different stacks and different places to find your order. I have given up on this location for photos and will travel further to a different Walgreens. One trip further is better than two trips closer.
