Walker's Sales and Service of Marco Island

Terrible service. I went there three times to pick up my rental boat and no one could help me. Finally on the fourth time I got Brian to rent me a boat even when I pre paid it last week. When I took it out the tide was low and I got stuck. Called Brian and they told me I had to pay the tow at $350 plus expenses. I said no and called 911. They sent a boat sheriff to rescue us and walker marina made no apologies. Stay away from these people. Or you'll regret it.

I wish I could tell everyone that they stink, so when I need service/ repair done on my boat I can get in easy. But they are probably the best dealership/ maintenance department that I've ever dealt with. 100% clear communication & totally worked with us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Rented a 24 foot deck boat from them and it was the best part of our week at Marco. Our reservation was handled so perfectly and efficiently. I was given a thorough walk around, and they checked me out really quickly even though I slammed their boat into the fuel dock. I will definitely come back to rent a boat from them again. It was a really nice Cobia with a vhf radio and a gps chart plotter.

I rented a boat ("") for Sunday Mother's day 2021 and on Saturday they called me to cancel because they overbooked and so sorry, that simple, the woman called (Manager) was very rude and unpolite.
Will never recommend any of the Walker's Marina (Marco or Naples, Fl) both had a really bad service.

The crew helping with loading & unloading the boat were great. Elva was rude & extremely unprofessional. I plan on reaching out to the owner about my experience.

Rented a boat for half day and it was awesome! Should have done the full day there was so much we could have done. The staff is great and super knowledgeable about where to go and what to see. Thanks to all of you for a perfect day, we'll definitely be back again.

This review relates to Walker's Marina standing behind their boat repair work. When my boat steering problem, which Walker's had worked on, was not fully corrected I informed Gene Sarazen, the service manager. He asked me to promptly bring the boat back. The residual problems were corrected at no additional charge. There's a happy ending when a marina stands behind the work they do. They also washed the boat!
