Would be four stars had I not spoken to Marvin. I called to check on the status of my tire order only to be spoken to like I'm an idiot for even doing so. Everyone else were kind. Especially Mrs. Brandy.

Too much for a oil change, said it would be $45.00. Total Was $ 61.00, will NEVER Get My Oil Changed There Again

I have to leave a 3 star here. One of the reasons for this is that we have bought our tires from here and we always pay extra for such things as road hazard and other such things.
Each & every time we had to bring a tire in, we get the you didn't purchase that here or you don't have road hazard. Each & every TIME we tell them yes we did & it us UNDER this phone number. They claim they can't find it.
Funny, this receipt here that we got from you all shows the phone number & what we purchased. Then look they find it under the SAME phone number that we already gave them.
Save your receipts and if you don't have it just be persistent that they look again & again. After the first time of that we keep all receipts.

The work done is fine but they always them telling us we didn't purchase something there or we don't have road hazard when we do, leaves us a bit wary.

Horrible experience
Horrible customer service inside and outside employees
Loose lug nuts
Air pressure only to 25 psi when 28 psi is lowest recommended
I was the 3rd car in line and waited 3 1/2 hours for 2 tires for this result
I will go anywhere but here.

Very fast excellent service! We got a flat tire headed home from vacation and they got us in immediately. We were back on the road within 30 mins!

We had a tire blow with no spare and had to be towed to the service center. Even though it was near closing time, they stayed late and got the tire changed. We would have had to stay in Live Oak overnight without their help. Can’t recommend the team here enough!

When I arrived there were only two cars ahead of me. Within 15 minutes they got my tires down and laid out by the truck. Yet it was 3 hours before I left

Went in for a lawn mower battery.the woman behind the counter is very rude and smart remarks. Did not appreciate that. The other women must of heard her and she led me to what I needed and was very nice. What happened to customer service.

Very difficult to be get someone to answer their phone. I was in hold so long I drive to their location 8 miles each way. When I got there I was on hold still showing this to the girl and they were not that busy. In fact when i arrived the girl had already finished ringing the lady up and was bs- ing about (I had to wait to speak to her) as she was finishing her conversation about personal relationship get and the one customer in the tire center.) The excuse I got was the phone didn't ring. I said well I am still in hold and showed her my phone. She replied"oh we take the phone off the hold at 7pm" but they were still when I left after 8: 15pm. I don't no of any business that takes their phone off the hook during business hours or while your still on the clock. If this was not enough I called the next day to ask about the cost for labor, stems and balancing this time the phone just rang and rang and rang.so now I spoke to an assistant store manager explained be what happened and that had to drive there while on hold, only to find out they do not have my tires in stock but order on line for tires under a $100. Now u can get them on the phone again called by for two more spoke to assistant manager if the store. Assistant store manner said she took a walk back there, there was someone answering questions helping to get sizes and info in the parking lot but they did not have anyone scheduled for the counter so the mechanic was helping people, doing his job. So I asked why no one was called in to work the counter and help and answer the phone customers. The response was will speak to trim center manager. In the meanwhile she said she would have someone call me back this was approximately 10 am and furthermore she also said she would have them call me back and someone was scheduled to come in at noon well. After three days of the run around with no follow through on the assistant store manager of Walmart and no follow from employees/mechanic, the non scheduled person and finally the tire manager no follow through. I had enough. They just loss a $500 purchase! I am getting my new tires else where in Monday morning. This location needs a management overhaul this is not customer senses and it really shows they didn't care either.their rate would have been zero if I could of rated as such. I would not referral be one to this tire center. No one seems to be able to do their job through my the day ordeal.
