There is no better place to get an oil change than at Walmart. A conventional oil change is under $20.00

Very friendly! Being older and a female I don't trust anyone working on my car.
BUT I have been bringing my car to them for oil changes and tires. HAVE NOT BEEN MISTREATED BY THEM. LIKE OTHER PLACES.

Charged me for an oil change and with everything else that it included that wasn't completed, I'm not sure they actually did the oil change.

Scott was great, had 4 new tires put on my car. I got a good price buying them online and picking them up in store. Only complaint is it took 3 1/2+ hours to have them installed. Was told first come first serve, but had to wait while they serviced other people that came after me. Namely about five other people. Overall I'm ok with their service, just wish they were faster.

When my vehicle is in need of either a new set of tires, or a battery or an oil change, I know I can count on the experienced associates to make sure that my vehicle always gets the service is so righfully deserves. Highly recomended.

Needed to get one of the tires fixed which I purchased from this particular store (along with road hazzard). Had this store patch it and it started to leak a week later. Returned to store to have them tell me that there was something "wrong" with the patch and therefore they could not replace or repair the patch. Was told they could prorate a new tire but this was not a financial option for me.the issue I have is wondering if the patch was defective or, most likely, applied incorrectly on the tire in the first place.
I felt that it was more important to Wal-Mart to sell me a tire. Tell you what I did, got a can of fix-a-flat, put it in the tire and have not a problem yet.

They don’t listen to the customers requests, then try to tell you their reason after their done wether it’s what the customer wanted or not.

They have everything I need and expert help if I am not certain! DEFINITELY recommend Wal-Mart Auto Care!

The service person was extremely rude. Spoke to me like I was stupid and would not have the money to pay for a service I requested (a simple oil change). Never reset the vehicle info that indicated oil life - as I requested. The most important thing is they parked the vehicle in the back of Walmart and left the driver window down - very unprofessional. The cashier was unfriendly and bothered to be working.

I have been using this Walmart for my tires and oil changes for 5 years, they do great work, I highly recommend them.

Waited 25 minutes to be seen. Told my new battery would take 20 minutes to be fitted. One hour and 40 minutes later, it was ready. Do not go here unless you have at least 3 hours to spare. Staff, apart from the first one, were helpful and courteous.

Sat for almost an hour waiting on an oil change. Got my car back with no oil change, paper work stated filter denied oil leak around seal. When I ask for explanation they said they couldn't removed the plug or the filter because they were not able to take care of it uf it stripped out. Took it to a friend, he removed them both with no trouble. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Two hours to change my oil. I was first in line. Charged me for an extra quart of synthetic I never got. Have never.ever.seen guys work so hard at doing absolutely nothing!

I needed an oil change, so I thought I'd try the auto department at the Brooksville Walmart location. I had used other Walmart locations for my auto needs but this won't happen to be closer that day. When I walked in to schedule my oil change all I saw was the attendant talking to a couple chatting about some personal topic. I was waiting behind another person who would obviously been waiting there longer than me. So I waited at least 10 minutes while they continue talking about some personal topic and I think something Automotive but it wasn't sure. I couldn't wait any longer because I had some more errands to do so I decide to go down to the 10 minute oil change and I had my oil change within 10 minutes. So I can't recommend the Walmart in Brooksville for any auto needs.

I went in for a new battery because mine decided to take after my mom's and my daughter's and quit. Told them my car wasn't allowed to hang out with their cars if it was going to copy them. LoL. Anyway, back to the battery. The people there were very helpful and fast. I had just sat down to wait when they called me to the register to pay because they were done installing it. The people were also very nice and helpful when I had questions. Will definitely be back.
