Walmart Auto Care Centers, Miami Gardens FL

Very long time until someone was able to help. I was also told my tires weren't in the shop and I looked around and found them myself, mechanics we're disrespectful and needed to redo a part of the work bc it wasn't done correctly.

Great store with great products Clean and organized but sometimes products are in the wrong location.

I was needing a battery and I was having a nightmare. Staff in the auto area are truly such a blessing and so friendly. Helped me safe my entire trip. Thank you so much. Be well and take care.

Worst experience ever! Took them more than 2 hours just to install two tires, no one there speaks English was impossible to communicate with them or understand what they were saying.

The service is very very bad the waitis long they will skip over your car and most of the service men are very rude.would not recommend

Horrible customer service at this location. I called to get info from the auto center, but they never answered. The call was then directed to another person who was completely useless. I asked if she could transfer me to auto and she said no, I’d have to call another number and then I could be transferred. So I called that number and the auto center wasn’t even a option. So I called the lady back and told her what happened and all she said is you’re doing it wrong and there is nothing she could do to help me. I asked for a manager and she followed up by saying the auto center isn’t doing oil changes then immediately transferred me to a line that just rang endlessly. Tried calling back multiple times and she never answered.

People spend way too much money with this company to deal with service like that. Do better!

If I could give zero stars I would of. Most of the people here are very rude. Especially the guy who worked on my car. He called me to ask me about my tires. When he finished talk to me He had the audacity to tell me to get out!
And plus I had to wait a good 15 to 30 minutes before they open up they was supposed to open a 7 but did not come in until 7: 20, I was in the rain until they open the door. Plus they work on another car before mines when that car came after me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I’m seeing some comments saying what can you expect from a Walmart tire place …how about better customer service!

They require an appointment, however, no one answers the phone at the auto care department. I guess you have to drive there to make an appointment.

All of the money Walmart makes you think they would ensure someone can answer the phone to handle every department. I called numerous times, transfered from main store line to auto center and couldn't reach anyone, they probably lose thousands of dollars a week because of things like that. I was going to get a set of brand new tires for my truck. Took my buisness elsewhere.

They didn't carry the tire I needed but overall I got my car oil changed 2× and the wait time is accurate

Went to purchase a battery. They have the best prices on batteries in the whole city, state. Despite of what others may say. At their prices, you could buy three to four of their batteries to one at the price they charge.

I arrived at the auto center to change my tires. I was LITERALLY the ONLY car in sight, the guy could have helped me in those 17 minutes I had but told me that he was sweeping and couldn't be bothered apparently ‍️. Welp, it's Walmart, what can one expect. Not many humans exist on this planet

Worthless place the worst costumer service on the auto care center, I’d been in other States and I’d been using the auto care center for different reasons from oil change to tires but I never see a bad service like that place those people needs a training to learn how to talk to the costumers, if they don’t like work as a costumer service go and look for other job.

If you don't have time, don't visit Walmart Care center. I arrived at opening 7: 05am for an oil change; there was a line of 4 people in front of me. It took at least 20 minutes to reach the counter. I was told they may not have an oil filter for my Ford fiesta. The associate at the counter then looked it up in the book and proceeded to pick the filter from the shelf. Finally before taking my keys I was told that there would be a 4 hour wait at opening! I agreed to the service and called someone to pick me up. They called me to pick up my car at 11: 28am. The service takes entirely too long.

Waited thirty minutes just to drop off my car for an oil change they called me three hours later to pick up my car when I got there I had to wait almost another thirty minutes to get my car the worst.
