7I used to go to Walmart Auto Center in Columbus, Georgia, and Panama City, FL and never had problems with the service they're offering. But Walmart AutoCenter at Naples, Collier Blvd can win Oscar awards for rudeness, and disinterest to their customers. I would not recommend going there.
Was swapping my own battery and one of the mechanics came over and helped me swap it in
If you put any value on your time do not come here. For the most part the staff are unhelpful. I went there to get a tire replaced and told it would be 2 hours, so it would be best to schedule an appointment and we will get to it much quicker. So I booked an appointment for the following day at 9 am. I finally got the keys back at 11.43. Terrible service.
I went in on Sunday and every bay was empty and chained off. I had a screw in the tread of my tire. The man looked at it and said that can't be patched and I said ok do you have these tires? He immediately said no without checking I told him the website said you had 1 of the 2 tires in stock and he said the website lies. If I had to guess they weren't doing any repairs that day so I went somewhere else and they took the screw out which didn't damage the tire.
I also tried calling 3 times before I went there and no one would answer. I could see it appeared to be 2 guys supposedly working.
Great service! I will be honest I never use Walmart for pretty much anything. I went to Tire Kingdom down the street first and they told me it would take till the end of day to get my car back to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I left. Went to Walmart Auto and spoke to Wilcy and he told me my car would be done in 2 hours. I did receive text message updates every 30 minutes. My car was done in 1.5 hours. I was in and out there no wait time. It was great! Thank you Wilcy super friendly guy highly recommend talking to him.
They never, never answer their phones! Also do not deserve our business from other reviews as well!
