7 I needed a set of tires real bad.
I drove to the Walmart auto service, and 35 minutes later I had a new set with a nationwide warranty. A fair price to boot! Couldn't beat that!
I order 2 tires online from walmart. I also set an appointment date and time to have them installed. After 7 days the tires were delivered to the service center. My appointment was for 5 pm I arrived at 4: 55pm and was told it would take 2 hour to install the tires. First of all I was the only one there No other cars in any of the bays Why 2 hours to put on 2 tires? Then they told me it would be an additional cost of 27.00 for each tire to be mounted. I BOUGHT THE TIRES FROM WALMART. Yet they want to charge me even more money to install the tires. Needless to say I left. That's the last time I will do business with them.
The department Service Writer, Joanie is amazing. Even with a booked schedule this morning she was friendly, funny, personable, and very knowledgeable. She was able to book an appointment for my elderly friend to get vehicle tire work completed at the last minute. She also took the time to explain the process and answer any questions my friend asked. She told me what price it would cost for my friend to get one of my older vehicles back on the road as far as oil change, tire rotation/inspection. Had a tire flat they could not work on it due to missing lug. They were very helpful and friendly aired up tire so I could get on road
I took a tire to have it patched or plugged and the young man Efraim told me that it was too dry rotted to hold air. I figured as much when I took it there anyway. They pointed me in the direction of a comparable tire which they had mounted and balanced before I got to the other end of the store. Great job, guys
I made an appointment to get 4 new tires on a Saturday Morning. They got me in fast and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Incredibly fast and awesome service at great prices
