I always have to play the game “where did they put my car” after an oil change here but honestly, they get the job done and don’t lie to you about how long it will take to get done.and it’s cheap! Can’t complain.thanks again

Horrible! Called to see if I could get in thr tire center for a possible bad tire.they said we aren't busy come in. I arrived 20 minutes later, sat for an hour + watching two of thr workers walk around doing nothing!

There is never any help with finding anything!
Example: Where can I find the motor oil? Ans: It bak that way somewhere!
The place always looks like a Tornado went through the isle.
Walk through this Walmart and then walk through the Bay Pines Walmart, you will be shocked by the difference.

Unbelievably slow service. Brought my car for an oil change and they haven't even started working on more than 2 hours later. No explanations or any communication as to why they are taking so long.

They took care of my tire on a Sunday afternoon and were really understanding, pretty quick, and definitely fairly priced!

Dont go here for anything. I bought 4 tires online. They make and confirmed an appointment to install them. I go there and no one was there. Not one person. I walked around and found a guy in the store, he led me to the Manager. She said, sorry no one is there. I know that. Why aren't they there to install 4 new tires.
Make another appointment for two days later. I call the same day to double confirm. I go there & yes again, no one there. They all left at 3 pm. Say what? Try again, another day and time. And yes, you figured it out - no one there. I called told them to send anyone to the back, because I am taking my tires with me.
Called Tire Rack. Their coming next week to my house, all 4 tires put on and old ones gone for $139.

Do not use this store for anything automotive. You will regret it!

Hands down the most unprofessional, mid managed process I have ever experienced. Had an appointment at 730. Guy didn’t show up until 10. And even though I had an appointment and had been there for 5 hours my car was never brought into the stall. However many other cars were that had appointments way after mine. Each staff member played the “ I don’t control that” card. Not a single person including management took accountability for anything or did anything to fix the issue.
