The worst customer service THAT I EVER HAD, i have been trying to contact customer service today 8/1 for more that 1 hours, when they finally answers the phone the lady (with cuban acent) very unprofesional dindt introduce herself and SHE TOLD me that if i want to transfer my call i have to call to another number, when i try to explain her that i want to just make a appointment with her deparment SHE SAID in a rude way that she was talking and i have to listen WHATTTT? And after that she only hung up the phone, PLEASE WALMART WORK IN YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Jesse is the best! Great customer service, managed to fit me in right on the spot. The crew did fantastic work and finished in under an hour! Couldn't ask for more! Best prices around as well

Great price for an oil change just don't leave your backpack in the car. I left my work backpack close and when i returned to pick up my car my backpack was open One of their employees look through my bag. I told the manager he said he look at the camera but he didn't see anything hmmm.

The manager Hector is excellent and the technicians are official. One of the ladies who works the register in auto is I wish I remembered her name.

Would rate zero stars if i could.took them 40 mins to do one cars oil change. I waited over two hours in a long line for an oil change.no sense of urgency among the team members.one stayed on his phone the whole time and just looked at the long line of cars.only had one guy on oil changes.completely ridiculous

Oil change. Took 3 hours weekday. The guy takes his time between cars. No good

I was waiting like a fool for 2 hours for them to change my car's oil so that in the end they tell me that they didn't do the service because they don't have the filter.ok I understand but at least they could have the courtesy to notify me, not keep me waiting for a minute message nothing thanks for wasting my time
