Very friendly and helpful people I recommend to go early on a weekday if you don't have a appointment. Walmart doesn't allow their employees to except a tip. Come on Walmart

Called here several times before a rude employee picked up the phone and asked me to hold on. Waited several minutes for Gabe to finally speak with me. I needed a new battery as my car was running on the alternator. I gave him my name and asked his and proceeded to tell him the situation. He gave me a price of $139 before taxes for a battery. I get there and have trouble locating the auto center. It was barricaded on both sides. I tried to explain that I couldn't shut my car off and a nasty employee yelled at me! Instead of telling me not to worry, that they will charge my battery for me.he treated me like I was bothering him! I kept calling the auto center and no one picked up. A professional employee (I didn't get his name) came over to me and asked me to park my car and he would come over to talk to me. He gave me the courtesy and respect that I deserved. He even went and checked to see how long it would take per my request. He told me it would take 1 1/2 hours. Because of this gentleman I decided to stay and not go elsewhere. I met Gabe and told him who I was and he acted like he never spoke to me. He and some other mean and nasty guy were talking when I walked in. Gabe's response to me was rude, disrespectful and utterly nasty! Because I am a good Christian woman I still treated this fool with kindness and respect. Glad my car was ready much sooner than they thought! Couldn't wait to get away from such negative people! Funny that today is. A Full Moon.

Went in for an oil change and coolant flush. After a 30 minute wait was informed that they couldn't do the work because the employee who dies the work wasn't there.

Had a horrible experience at another Walmart tire center, so came here and was blown away by how much different it was. Everyone was very polite and helped me understand everything about my car before leaving. Highly recommend. Will be coming here from now on.

Needed 1 tire for my car and I had 2 choices with 1 that was about $30.00 cheaper and he told me he would look to see which ones he has in stock and I got the cheaper one but I've had good luck with that brand.

Go to a different Walmart. If you dare to arrive here. Make sure you park on the right side of the store. If you can find it.it will be between the garden and auto center. It's currently blocked and hard to find due to barricades. And then enter through the garden center where you will wait on a lovely sample of what not to purchase from their outdoor patio furniture. The cushions were so worn out and dirty. It was a perfect example of what not to purchase for hundreds of dollars and 99 reasons why not to? The employee to check you in, just be prepared for his rudness and lack of personality. I can't comment on any if the work done to my vehicle, only because they were not able to accommodate my situation. But another tire shop was. And it was well worth it.

Had to get new front tires.and all of the people there were so kind and helpful. A special thank you to Vincent who took the car in and brought it out. Super sweet young man. Also James and the poor young man who first checked us in, he was swamped, but was still very patient and helpful. Will go there again

Came to the auto center to get tires rotated and a hole plugged. The service tech outside said he could not rotate our tires that we needed new front tires. So we went inside and asked to get two new tires. The lady at the counter handed us the paperwork and said just go outside and give it to any service tech. We went out and gave it to the rudest woman working out there. She wouldn't even look at me when she snatched the paperwork out of my hand. We went inside and proceeded to wait for the car to be done. Once we were called up to get the car 45 minutes later. They told us it was free, we said what about the tires you quoted us? And the SAME LADY who quoted us 45 minutes ago had ZERO CLUE what we were talking about. She got the service tech outside and they said they never got the paperwork. They said we could wait again but at this point we had our groceries purchased and had many perishables.so we left with only a hole plugged that took 45 minutes and A VERY bad taste in our mouth. Be careful when you purchase services here, the front desk lady does not care, and the outside techs apparently don't communicate with each other.

Lady refused to sell me 4 tires 2 of one size and 2 of another. Only needed 2 on my car I drove and had 2 rims in trunk for another car. She said “Yeah, we can’t do that”. If you cannot comprehend a tire transaction there no way I am letting you touch my car.

Auto center under construction opened 10 minutes late line waiting outside for scheduled appointments

They just do tires and oil change, I needed my brake done but the employee was very attentive and helped me find a place where I could go near the area. Thank you.

Came to get an oil change after calling ahead, but they changed the wait time to five hrs! No way

Called here yesterday and was told if I was here by 6pm today they could patch my tire. I was not offered the option to make a. Appointment and when I showed up today before 6pm I was turned away and I had to ask for a manager before even given the option to make an appointment for tomorrow. Why sell roadhazard if you can't do the repairs and just waste people's time and gas driving everywhere.
