Walmart Auto Care Centers, Ormond Beach FL

Was scheduled an appointment for 11am. Just getting started on our vehicle at noon. Why make appointment if it's going to be a hour later

Honestly the price was good but when it comes to service they definitely need to improve. Told them several times what tires I wanted changed and they completely did the other tires. Than told me they had to do all these other services when I never gave permission to do those and they charged me for what I did not want. It's like they are children. If your not right on top of them they will mess things up

Came in at 3pm for a simple oil change. They told me they weren't taking anymore cars as they were closing at 5pm.online says open until 7. Only 1 car was being worked on with 4 empty spots. And 5 cars on the wait. Clearly this location is not only understaffed but chooses to close 2 hours early as well. I'll continue to use the Beeville location as I've never had bad service there or excuses, even if it is now farther after my relocation.

Dave was an absolute gem! So knowledgeable, very helpful, and understanding. I will always go back to Ormond Walmart because of Dave and his crew!

Had an appointment for 10: 00am for a single tire change. Didn't get my care in till 11: 15am, it also took them 1 hour to change my ONE tire

Tire had to be replaced due to hole on side. Arrived at 7am. It's now 930am as we leave. They never alerted us when ready. They couldn't find our keys, and told us to go outside in the bay area and look for the guy we handed it to when checking in. We checked in at the counter 3 different times, and there was Noone there to help. We finally asked to call someone and the lady had an attitude. Lastly we had to load and upload our own tire. BAD Service!

Called up to make sure they would take me. Drove 35 minutes up here for an oil change and they said no. Wasted 70 minutes of my time and 15$ in gas. Never will be back.

Helpful workers, but the tire I needed wasn't in stock. It said it was in their system but they couldn't physically find it ANYWHERE.

Hate to say anything this place is awesome drop off care shop pick up car. And the people are top notch

I got my car in 20 minutes after the auto center opened and already there was a 2 hour wait for an oil change. The service was fantastic, but due due to the lack of technicians, it does take a while. All vehicle service is first come, first served.

Unfortunately they don't offer used tires there, so it was more costly than I anticipated, but they were swift and did a good job

They put four tires on my car last minute right before closing when I saw I had metal coming through one of them. There was a little grumbling at first as they were trying to finish up for the day and I was okay with replacing only the worst tire and coming back the next day for the others.
By the time they put it on the lift, everyone was pleasant and friendly and they ended up doing all four so I wouldn’t have to come back and miss work the next day.
The only complaint I had was not due to the employees who were great but the corporate requirement that you have to purchase the $16 road hazard warranty for each tire. I requested not to add that as funds were tight at the moment but it was non-negotiable.
I would definitely go back and my friend who got four tires the week before at Walmart also was happy with the service and the actual tires they had available.
