5Had an appointment for installation of new tires but still had to wait over 3 hours. They did have good prices compared to other big box stores.
Angie was super helpful and the guys are all great, too! Had 4 new tires installed. 1 new one came in defective so they were smart and showed me, refused to put it on.as should be. Then they got me fixed up with another good new one! I'd definitely come back to this service department.
Employees are great, however don't expect much from some of the management if you have a problem.
Horrible.have had 2 times where the vehicle comes back after service with something that is broken or messed up. Now the management does say they will refund any dollar amount to fix the problem that they did. But with that being said we had to go and find the part and pay for it and then they reimburse the money. Why do we need to go and do something that is not our fault in the first place?
Good services in the bay. The team up front at the counter was rude and called me out about a mis quote I got on the phone while making the appointment. Not one but three ladies aggressively attacking verbally. Never will I go back. Bless their hearts!
