9No one answers the phone in the auto center! I've called 3 times and no one seems to want to pick up. Does Walmart care about these reviews at all?
Eric was great yesterday. He's new there I think but did everything he could to provide food customer service. If you don't have a little extra time don't come here. No fault of his just a broken system.
Car got a flat last night in their parking lot they don't sell my size tire asked him if I bought the tire somewhere else would they mount it he said yes but it was too late because they were almost ready to close so I left the car here overnight went bought another tire came back for the woman in there now today to tell me we're not mounting that tire it's not the same brand as the other one after telling me even if they would mount it would take 4 hours she comes outside to scan it and tells me they won't mount it so now I've called a tow truck and I will go to another tire location Mr tire and have my tire mounted so that I can actually get home with my children never coming back to this Walmart again
I have been standing in line for 30 minutes. Have watched the guy walk by and wonder off 3 different times. Line of 10 poeple. Literally just trying to pick up my vehicle. Took 20 minutes to check in originally. No sense of urgency.
This is very poorly ran. I would be embarrassed if I am the store manager, and would definitely apply more pressure to the performance of my auto care center. I am one of 15 frustrated customers. And that’s just today, how many other times does this occur?
Very disappointed in the auto center, they never answer the phone. And in person at the store they take forever to help you and seems they don't want to be there.
So I normally get the $44 oil change and all of a sudden they don't have anything in stock for that specific oil change so how do you get a more expensive one and then it States on their wall that an oil filter is included which I was charged $5.40 for an oil filter I use Walmart for years for oil changes but I will not be going back there To me that's very unprofessional and dishonest
Decent tires and service, however the tech fiddled with all my settings. Radio station was changed, bluetooth adapter disconnected, mirrors moved and seat moved. You just moved it in and out of the garage, no need to mess with everything.
Had 4 new tires put on and balanced. I was out of there in exactly 22mins & they were pretty busy at the time. Granted I did make an appt which everyone knows appt doesn't always mean u will b seen at that exact time, but walmart really shocked me. 22 mins
I'm in the market for 4 new tires. Tried calling the Auto Center yesterday. I was put on hold and no one ever came back and answered. Called again, no answer at all. Call this morning trying to get service. Once again, no answer.
It seems I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible customer service.
