Went to fire Kevin says that couldn't finding his system since I got the tire from another Walmart so I asked him if he could call and find out for me he said no so I give them a one she'll give them a zero

Been going here for oil changes for a year. They've done a great job at a great price every time. If there is a wait, you can shop/ snack/ sit in the waiting room

Walmart in general is just a complete joke. They know they don't need your business and they treat you like it. Haven't shopped at a Walmart in years because of prior incidents. Decided to try buying tires. Waited over a week for tires to arrive and get an appointment for installation. I get there and I'm told they don't have the equipment to install the type of tires THEY sold me and made an appointment for. I left with tires in my trunk instead of on my car. My mistake for trying to use Walmart again.

Thank you Oldsmar Auto Care for testing and replacing my car battery at the end of the day Jan. 4,2024. As fast as could be expected and great service from all staff.

Tried to buy a vacuum that was on sale, but the sales people did not know this even though I showed it to them on walmarts website. Got hassled saying that different walmarts have different prices, and I commented I just bought one at a different Walmart and drive to this issue me to buy another one. Finally, a manager made it right and charged me the sale price.

Second time I’ve been here in last six months for oil change and tire rotation and they tell me they can’t do tire rotation because they are booked for several months. How can you not be able to do rotation at a major facility like this? Definitely something fishy going on here.

Definitely slow service because they are super under staff It took about 3 hours for them to even look at my car.

I had an appointment for the oil change service for my vehicle, to which I arrived 30 minutes early but it was a complete failure and a lack of responsibility on the part of the Walmart company, the employee who attended to me tells me that they cannot attend by appointment, the delay would be 3 hours or more because there is a lot of work and there is no staff to do it, they serve in order of arrival. (then why do they schedule appointments), it is a lack of respect for clients and should be reviewed by those in charge of said section, but to make matters worse there was no one to complain to for the poor service and lack of attention to the public.

I was able to make it to Walmart after having my tire blow out, i went in and was told that they would not have any appointments available until Friday 13th! As I sat in my car, getting ready to call triple A, an older employee named Chris, observed my flat tire and told me that he would make an exception. I have never experienced customer service this amazing to actually take it upon myself to write a review! Not only did Chris agree to fix my tire while being completely booked, the man literally changed it within 8 minutes! I was told id have to wait at least 45 (which given the circumstance isn't bad) Chris, “old man” as he likes to call himself, you're amazing! Thank you for saving me the hassle and stress, I appreciate you!

Hidden fees and price upgrades after the fact that were not agreed upon or mentioned before the service was completed. Be ware and make sure you get a full breakdown of the estimated total quoted before you have any work done here.

Damaged tire so attempted to call to schedule an appointment multiple time with no response. Ended up having to wait a week for an appointment. Please answer your phone.

The guys in Auto Car Service is the worst. On Sunday, I went to Walmart to get an oil change. It was only 2 people getting an oil change and 3 people were getting tires done. I'm the next person in line. Auto Care Service took an hour and minutes to get to my car. It was not a very busy day. They were playing, standing around without doing any work, no communication. I will NOT be going back to Walmart at all. Poor customer service.

Poor, unwarranted, immediate attitude from a service tech. Came here for the first time for an oil change and wiper blades. Found a group of cars parked near a customer entrance so I parked next to them and started to walking to the door. Female auto tech starts yelling from the bay that I can’t park there. Being 50 feet away combined with the shop and traffic noise, I couldn’t hear where she said I needed to park, so I yelled back that I was there for service. She then throws her arms around, starts muttering to herself, and goes back to work. Other customers walking by start laughing at the situation. I approach the bay and tell her I’m there for an oil change and to tell me where I need to park without screaming at me. She ignored me. Male tech comes out and properly asks what I’m there for and says to pull around to the bay entrance on the other side. Okay done! Why was that so difficult? Told the advisor at the desk and it sounded like my story wasn’t a surprise at all. She might be a great auto tech but she shouldn’t be interacting with customers if she doesn’t know how talk to people. There were no signs that would have told me I was on the wrong side. I guess if you want the best price on a full synthetic oil change, you’ll have to deal with bad attitudes. Everything else was easy. Done in 30 mins. I might go to the Citrus Park store next time.

Third instance in last week. Arrive at 7 Ann to change oil. Disappointed no techs on staff until after 9 am. The staff could careless about inconvenience with no apology. Never plan on using service again unless the merchant provides incentives for my loyalty

Swapped out a bad battery as the hurricane approached. Great service. Always buy batteries and tires from Walmart bcos they have a great warranty and I can get them serviced at any Walmart in the country.

The auto care center here has great pricing, but unfortunately they only have basic maintenance (oil changes, tires, battery replacements, etc.). Anything that is more complex you'll have to go somewhere else. Wait times vary from reasonable to very long. I am still giving them 5-stars because everything is done well.

Rob and John working Sunday July 9th, 2023 at 6pm made the wise decision of yelling: "they should have gotten a car detail instead of a battery their car stinks. " WE LIVE IN OUR CAR WITH A CAT AND A DOG. So please allow us over to your home so we can tell you how disgusting your home is! Still waiting for a manager to come!

I had my appointment for 11am at this location in Oldsmar. When I arrived they could not find my appointment. It took 45 minutes to get check in to my schedule appointment, 45min later. Very disorganized and just putting out fire. As the lady mentioned that work in the front desk. I just had to smile.

While other customer are waiting they are in a discussion meeting. I finally got checked in.they could not find my tire I order. This took another additional 20 minutes looking.

After I got my tire installed. They told me that I would not get the protection plan because they could not honor the Warranty or road hazard. I mention on Walmart website stated it was offer.

I contacted Walmart support center. Sure enough they do not have the right resource to answer any of my question. They mention they will investigate and get back to me. Still waiting for an answer from Walmart.

Service tech Dominic mention that it’s something to do with the website and nothing to do with the store. Clearly, this is misleading information from Walmart. I bought everything through Walmart. They should honor what they started online. Service tech Dom also compare Walmart to Amazon. What a joke, I should have buy my tire from Amazon instead. I would have better customer service and top-notch warranty.

If I were you and you’re buying Tire online, DO NOT. They will not warranty at the store. Life is just a learning experience all around.but from Walmart, I did not expected this kind of experience. Very disappointing! Walmart needs to clean house and send their staff for some leadership training.
