Walmart Auto Care Centers, St Johns FL

Purchased a tire from Walmart and waited 30 minutes only for them to tell me they won’t mount the tire. Place is a joke. Save yourself the time and headache by going to a real mechanic or tire shop.

Request oíl change, balance, and rotate tires; Oíl changed in 1.5 hours, and they said balance and rotation were done, but that was not true, receipt not show it and the tires are in the same place.

A sign outside stating"check in here" would be appreciated! After a bit of a wait to check in, I was told it would be about 2 hours, and 2.25 hours later, it was done, so good job there!

Wait time is rediculous

2 hours and didn’t even rotate my tires
If I didn’t look at my receipt I wouldn’t know. I called and they said my vehicle is too heavy and can’t lift it up.
What kind of s…t is that

The place where we buy our tires. Usually it got to where they were. Charging $110 for a full synthetic oil change. They only charge $55. You can drop your car off and it's ready in a couple of hours. I know they do a lot more than oil changes. But I have to say the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean.

I went to change my tires. I purchased my tires only by Walmart, Walmart cancel my order but the team there was able to find my order that was in the shop and put me again in appointment for the installation. Thanks!

RIDICULOUS! Showed up for 7am appointment to the doors opening at 7: 05. The manager and service writer were late. It was 7: 20 before I had to walk into Walmart and find a different manager not part of the tire center (Harvey was his name he pulled a autoable and was awesome). There were two customer including myself waiting to get serviced. I have had similar experiences with the place in the past. They typically never answer the phone here so I will typically drive up just to find out they are busy and can't even schedule me in even a few days out. Wen my car was done (Xen was her/he name) told me quote "I called your name but you must not have heard me" huh! I was the only one in the waiting room sitting 10 feet away from her. She looked really occupied on her/he mobile device. Anyway that customer experience was so lame.

I visited on a Saturday evening @ 6: 45pm. Right before close. It was an emergency situation where I needed two front tires. Ian and his guys were quick and professional! Didn't think twice about helping me out with 15 mins left to close! I'm so grateful for those guys and gal. I was an hour away from home and I would not have got my explorer back if it wasn't for them staying a little late to help me get two new tires on my truck,! Price was very very reasonable as well + they ride great. Thanks so much guys!

The auto center sucks, there are customers waiting for ages and the associates don’t care at all.not sure why Walmart is ignoring that section

The people running this place are ignorant and rude. All we needed was a little help getting a dead car around to their bay so we could spend money there and get a new battery. Their equipment was broken and their management/policies would not allow their people to help. In general, just rude, dismissive and unhelpful in a time of need. Will NEVER spend a nickel at this disgrace of a service center

Very friendly staff and quick service. Every place I tried was a 2 hour wait that day and Walmart was able to get me right in. I am absolutely thankful for that.

We called ahead to get tires and were told they had them, we had a flat we limped there to get the tire and when we arrived they didn't have our size. Very frustrating day to say the least.

Another disaster. Just needed a tire. They quoted one price, oops don't have it on stock but they do have another for an extra $50. Okay, fine. 1 hour later I get a call, they have NO tires that fit my car at all. I go to get my car and take it to Discount tires and no one is there to give me my car back! I had to go find a freaking manager in the store!

I needed a battery late on a Saturday afternoon. They replaced it right away. This was at Nocatee Walmart. Very good customer service from the whole team working there

Nearly 2 hours for an oil change. Employees were talking with each other, joking around while my car just sat there ignored.

The service is terrible. I changed the oil eight times. Always long. The last time, too much oil was poured into the engine - because of this, the original oil seal was squeezed out. Oil was flowing from the engine. This problem has been recorded, but no one has solved it. They called the hotline, waited three hours. I repaired their error at my expense. The manager behaved terribly - laughed in my face and sent me away. Said to leave a review here. If you want the car to be in working condition, do not contact the Walmart auto service

Had a blowout on a brand new tire, got towed to this location and they put on a brand new tire for only $31.00 definitely get the road hazard when buying tire Saved me $161.00 for a tire

Refused service due to "not enough time before they close. " They had already told us they could give us new tires, took the keys, and we walked to a nearby restaurant, only for them to text and say they couldn't do it. We walked back to find the mechanics hanging around inside. They then watched and talked about us, as we changed the bad tire to the spare. Do not recommend.

Skip going to the dealership For tires, They got good prices on tire's if they have them in stock, Otherwise then that. Their very good!
