Walmart Neighborhood Market, Miami Gardens FL

I love Walmart but today I didn’t have a good experience at this location, i went looking for some berries in the produce department when I found out all of the berries were misplaced when I asked en employee to check the price for me. Since they all were under the wrong price I asked for the one for 2.68$ and Al who was the employee said I had to paid the regular price. The entire section of fruits was out of place! I believe the employees need to be trained better!

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart for food items, because the new greeter Loretta is so pleasant. I
look forward to her not just saying "Welcome to Wal-mart" because that is her script, but she also say enjoy your shopping, and I truly feel she really means it.

I bought some Prima Della smoked turkey here and it was awful. Normally this turkey is delicious but it was half of a loaf, stored in a big bag with lots of air in it. Probably got too old. Very small deli and probably low turnover of the meat.

I went to the Automotive center and got great service. I think the guy name is Thomas. This young man deserve a raise. I watched him greet and multi task at the same time. Thomas is polite, enthusiastic, and professional. He worked alone and did not miss a beat. You have a great asset there. Thomas is a keeper. "Impressive". June 15.

I came to pick up an order and they said that I have to check in through the app, that the don't do it by order number. My way here was a waste of time. They don't want to do their jobs.

Today I visited my Neighborhood Wal-Mart at approximately 4: 15 p.m. And as I entered the store front only to discover that there were only 2 broken, immobile shopping carts in the shopping cart area. So my request to Store Manager or the Owner of Wal-Marts is that this store needs more shopping carts or to get staff member to check the parking lot and get them back to their designated area. You can't come to shop and not have shopping carts available for use! What an inconvenience it was for me and many other shoppers who had this horrible experience. The clerk standing at the entrance was not helpful at all. She only stood on her post while several customers attempted to move the 2 immobile carts that sat their aa if they were available for use. One would have never experienced this deplorable type of customer service at your Pines location, or your Aventura location, nor your Stirling location.

As I stood taking my pictures, several shoppers so disgusted that those 2 broken trolleys were the only carts available for your shoppers. I expect better from your Brand. Not once did I see a staff member out in the parking lot. Trying to resolve this issue. Maybe, I'll have to take my business to Target or Fresco y Mas. See photos attached.

The associates was VERY FRIENDLY when I ask for help on the floor and when I was at the register the cashier was so CONSIDER of my mobile situation she ask, "did I need help"? When I had my grocery in the mobile wheelchair. I said, "since you are offering yes" and she bag them for me to. This was very KIND of her to offer assistance. I hope in the future I get this same assistance again with another cashier when my mobility is limited. Plus the mobile wheelchair basket was clean this is important to know because grocery goes in the basket. The only con: they have LIMITED availability for the mobile wheelchair because a few is not working other then this I definitely go back to the store again need be to do so

I call Walmart the phone no one answer the phone one hour calling and call each one of the departments then I call the Pharmacy ask was the store call say no they try for me this was shame Iam 65yr old I want to if they had something before I drive that far o call 441 27ave over one hour sunday just pass I for got to the corporate office

I brought sweet potatoes and they were rotten. A total waste of money. A couple of weeks ago I bought white yams. They were rotten. Trying sweet potatoes was no better.
Whole foods had Jewel sweet potatoes, they are simply the best@

My only complaint with Walmart is the lack of competition. Sam's is the same company so they don't count. BJ's and Cisco run a close second. You can usually find what you want here.

The store is clean, the lines are moving quick and although its early the staff is pleasant.

Don't go to this Walmart, there are no grocery carts, you have to go around the parking lot looking for a cart, and if you find one, you have to clean it yourself, the employees here don't want to work.

I like going to this Walmart, because it is never as crowded as the supercenters. It is always clean, and the staff is nice.

It's not as congested in comparison to a larger Walmart. So you're in and out quicker. It's near to where I live along the 826 expressway. So easy accessible convenient being on the same route to go home. It's stock with the grocery items I normally buy. Because it's a neighborhood Walmart it won't provide all the things a super Walmart store larger one will have.

Had omitted products tried 2days to recover them Walmart satisfied us with the products and returned the funds
