Be careful with online returns through curbside pickup parking. The guy asked what was in the box, which I thought was odd. He doesn’t need to know that. Took the box and never scanned the code to process the return. Now I have no item and no money back. He most likely just stole my toaster. Next day the app still showed I needed to return the item. Had to call customer service to start an investigation and get my money back.

Love this neighborhood Walmart! It’s conveniently located to where I live and I pretty much go here all the time. Only issue is it’s always busy so the checkout lines are almost always long.

Update: now they have installed lots of self checkout registers! No more waiting in line to checkout!

My Walmart doesn’t have people that can speak English. Don’t be concerned about helping you out. If you’re not Spanish.they are very rude. One of the employees tried running me over with her cargo cart that she was pushing. Please get help for kissimmee stores it awful.

Store employees close 10 minutes before time ridiculous! I needed to buy Medicine for my son and they wouldn’t let me In.

This walmart would be so much better if they had better employees. Just went there and needed an associate at self check out. The employee (Migdalia) that was in self checkout was busy on her phone instead of tending to the customers. I had to get her attention and she seemed bothered that I asked for help. Horrible service.

2023 Update: Worse to Worse.now is self checkout everywhere.woooow most self checkout registers need assistance.meaning a single assistant keeps jumping between self checkouts.huge lines and delays.be prepare to get frustrated at the check out.no control no sense of urgency.by the way this is like this evey hour of business.

Their pharmacy drive through customer service is horrible. It takes half a day or a whole day to get your meds ready after your Doctor electronically sends your prescription. This is totally unacceptable. Personally I use CVS but Wife likes the close to home convenience. I prefer to travel 10 miles not to deal with such incompetents. Stay away from their pharmacy.

Yesterday, 06-12-2022, I went to buy several items. That was between 10: 00 am and 11: 00 am. When I went to select some bananas in the vegetables area, and an employee had merchandise in the bananas area, blocking access to them while he was talking to another employee later on. There must be better supervision.

The doors were close before 11pm, I just needed to grab some eggs and go and it was 10: 47pm. I understand the time for me was not the best to come but for a big company this shouldn’t be an issue!

This location is a total disaster!
It’s a super crowded store to begin with l, throw all the blue carts into the aisles and there is no way to pass them.
I ended up leaving my shopping cart and walking out.

The store closes att 11 pm but their workerscloses at 10: 55 pm. The company needs to fix this.she said all registrar al closed at 10: 51 pm. Mya the fat girl close the door earlier.

They close at 11pm yet the doors were locked at 10: 50p. I even knocked on the door and told them all I needed was ice because my refrigerator broke down and I wanted to save some of my food and they said was sorry we are close.

There are no cashiers, I have seen more than one elderly person doing work with the self-service what a pity that Waltmart only thinks about their pocket I have called customer service and they don't give a damn
