Walmart Neighborhood Market, Cape Coral FL

The pharmacy is amazing, I think one of the best. They always go well beyond to help you. However, the employees, cashiers and stock people. I’m not only incredibly rude, but exceptionally lazy. Shelves are always empty. They are constantly out of things and the store is very dirty.

This is the worst store, they took out the check out counter.how our you to check out with large orders now? No place to put bagged groceries.completely a bad idea.not to mention the worst customer service ever.

Bad absolutely horrible I shops here all the time never complain, but tonight I get off work and I felt like I was working again ringing my own grocery’s up 250 dollars that should not happen there were no cashiers and my meat had a slice in the plastic called for help they said they traded it out but got home same meat I will pay extra to get good business I’m going to public’s from now on

Well they did not have any 2% milk stocked but you could see it in the milk crates through the freezer doors and being an ex Walmart assistant manager I know that you do not have to wait to check in your product once you check that the truck is here and break that steel It's in the system So they were being very lazy about not putting out the 2% milk which is kind of stupid if you ask me when we can see it and you ask if they could get it and the one lady was rude and said nope nope nope you can't get it yet so I may be going to a different store next time

Decent shop today. I've been to this WNM a number of times because Mom likes their prices. Today's visit was better than usual in that they actually had products on the shelves. New management since last time? We found what we wanted and were on the way.
