Walmart Pharmacy reviews
15They are always helpful, specially Shara they help you as much as they can. Friendly and welcoming
Worst Pharmacy I've ever been to!
Pharmacist was judgemental, discriminating, racist and openly rude! He should be fired! I will never step a foot back into that store!
The worst service ever one guy dome working Well Joanne pretended to look like she was working as soon as another person came up she decided to go ahead and help them it’s ridiculous you wait there for 25 minutes and nobody helps you
I've dealt with this pharmacy a few times this week. Each time the staff was more helpful than they needed to be. Researched stuff for me when it isn't their responsibility. Explained and helped guide me to find a solution.
Great job by Christina and Jordan.
Sincerely, the very tall woman with blond hear kind of young is so impolite. I went Monday Morning to pick up my prescription and with nasty attitude she asked me for my last name and date of birth and when I gave it to her she looked at me very mean and then went to get my prescription with an attitude. I will go somewhere else were curtusy is used
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Expect a minimum of 2 hours for service here. They are totally disorganized and rude. Don't bother here, they're not that much cheaper.
The staff was polite enough but the line was ridiculously long. I also had to wait nearly 40 minutes pass the pick up time that I was told because the prescription hadn't been filled.
My meds are sent to this pharmacy, I get a text when they are ready and I go pick up my meds. Very simple. They usually have two people on the registers so the line moves quickly. I've never had to interact with the pharmacist so I can't review them. But I've never had a problem.
I found the tech.very helpful transferring my presc.which took awhile, was very patient with the slowness of the computer and keep apologizing for the delay. Very very busy too. Could use more help.
The pharmacy technicians don't know what they are doing. Had to wait an hour because she couldn't put in my insurance. Telling me I had a bad group number. Yet, I can log on to my account with no issue. Went back the next day, she finally figured it out. Then instead of having ready both meds, only one. I told them, came back in an hour. They had refilled the wrong one! The pharmacist kept telling me my prescription was expired. But I know it's not. He told me later I was right. After he was short with me. I've never had an issue with my home Walmart. I've been displaced by hurricane Michael. And this is the last thing I need!
OMG is the worst experience I've had since I moved here. There is a blonde woman who is a whole Descortes, just seeing me because I can not speak English very well she looked at me very serious and would not even look for a person to tell you I'll translate you. I put a stop on my medications and I was a patient of chemotherapy. It bothers them to give you their own medicines. He made me call my dr so that he would give him acceptance of my medications. I complain and the person who tells you how bad your deal is in that pharmacy is never here.all work annoying I had to go to another pharmacy of themselves where the deal is totally different I have 40 minutes from my house but the deal is very good. I hate going to buy a pencil in that store, because most of the staff is terrible and they do not like to interact with patients or customers are spoiled.
I understand why they are the least expensive place to get prescriptions. The last 3 times I've tried to get my medication they have been "out of it". The people on the phone are rude, they don't give any information, and when they tell you a time to come back, it's never there. AND THEN, they tell you to call the next day to see if the supply came in. I, as well as many people, need to take things at certain times. They do not care. They win though, because we can't afford any place else.
Omg the black girl with the glasses who takes peoples scripts is so mean. I'm switching pharmacys. I'm tired of her.
I really wish that "the powers that be" would realize that not all type 1 diabetics that reach age 18 are stable and able to afford good medical care and management of their condition. At least "they" are finally "letting" them buy some form of LIFE SAVING INSULIN over the counter. What a $hame our $ociety i$. I can't even buy it over the phone from where I am and have my son pick up where he is. But of course they have a $olution for that too. I can u$e their money $ending $ervices.
This is the fourth time I've been to the pharmacy and they always tell you a different time then what's on the screen. I hate that place! I waited around there for an hour then went back and they told me another hour. Oh & the pharmacists were all standing around talking and goofing around in the back and weren't getting any of the prescriptions ready.
I would save your time and pay a little bit more for better service!
