2Associates said they will help but does not follow through, waited 30 minutes and someone just arrived to help, she was not even on the clock when she was called on her personal phone. Last night we were here and waited 20 minutes for help in jewelry and never did receive help. I want to give 2 people a big shout out and a big THANK YOU for going above and beyond for assisting us with the paint today. I really don't know how the pharmacy was run a year ago to receive such bad reviews, but I do know how they are now in 2019. I have been with them 3 months and have yet to have any problems. I know that there are new rules concerning narcotics and that the pharmacy cannot call to remind you that it is due or give you the name if you call to check on it, but don't remember the name. I found that out from my doctor. It would have been nice if the pharmacy had told me the new rules a week ago,
The staff has always been efficient, nice and very professional. The pharmacists that review my medications with me are always great and take time to be sure I understand what I need to know about the prescription.
