Terrible customer service, a cuban lady answer the phone a clearly didn't put attention on me, just say " OK let me check" and let me on the phone waiting for more than 15 minutes, I hung up, I called again without results, do you imaging? We are calling for medicine, for a patient who may be on a difficult situation and those employess don't put effort, bad very band
