Walmart Pharmacy reviews
5The cashier at the pharmacy counter with glasses, always gives us a hassle and doesn't listen to the customer, she talks to other customers about things instead. She asked 4 times for the date of birth, and she STILL got it wrong!
I've been using them since my first heart attack and it's always been easy with them to get my medications. The pharmacists have always been helpful with my medications and any new ones that are prescribed to me. Today I have to give them a HUGE thank you! I called to ask if they could fill my 5 medications today as I have a emergency flight home to Oklahoma tomorrow morning because my dad is deathly ill and is not going to make it much longer. They had my medications ready in less than an hour, showed empathy towards me and wished me safe travels (which I was not expecting) but it meant a lot to me. So again, thank you so much!
I got both doses of my covid vaccine here. However, I am very scared of needles and pass out after every one of my vaccinations.
My first went well. I was with the pharmacist Bud, who was very sweet and understanding and made my experience more comfortable.
For my second dose, I was placed with pharmacist Lenora. After showing some signs of being nervous about the vaccine, Lenora told me to “grow up”. Then when I asked to lay down (because I pass out and didn’t want to fall) she said “whatever” and stormed off to rant to her coworkers.
Overall, if you are going to this pharmacy, ask for Bud, and never go when Lenora is working.
I find their service smart and friendly. I get text tips to renew, which I like. The pharmacists always take time to explain medication usage to me — and even help me find coupons and discounts to help make my medication more affordable.
Five stars!
I have been trying to call Walmart for the past two hours, at least seven times, and nor customer service nor pharmacy has answered.
