Walmart Pharmacy, Clearwater FL

I see a whole hell of a lot of people reviewing here that have zero patience. I'm sure, there are circumstantial situations where the annoyance is justified. I am not one for being patient, in fact I have none of it. I have NEVER had a major issue with this pharmacy. Not once. Actually, quite the opposite. They have called hospitals for me to verify prescriptions. They have gone well out of their way on several occasions to help me. And I see a few reviews about Scott the pharmacy manager. He is a naturally smiling person. He is soft spoken, and means absolutely zero ill will. I know this, because he is one of the most kind people I speak to on a monthly basis. I have been going to this pharmacy for 7 years. Scott is literally the nicest man I have ever dealt with at a pharmacy. He knows me by name. He has gone to bat for me on several occasions. He remembers every single one of my prescriptions, and he has made it a point to ask me what is going on in my life every single time I have been to this pharmacy. I couldn't ask for better folks to take care of my prescriptions for me.

Very knowledgeable staff. Lines not too long usually. Medication ready when needed. Good pricing.

Horrible customer service and them the guy tried to laugh because I said my son insurance lapsed. Even offered to pay full price and the guy laughed in my face. Asked them why the prescription wasn't ready 6 hours after called in and was told that they don't fill it unless I have proof of insurance.

Been using them for years and have gotten to know the people behind the scenes. They are great.they personalize your visit. Very friendly
