The costumer service from Lucy is wonderful she is the best when she take care of my prescriptions
Never going back there they need too learn English and act like humans. I went in they told me half hour I came back she then said a hour. I had a extraction done. I said noo way. They do not care about people it's jus a job. Please put compassionate people not rude idgaf attitude it's not nice.
Definitely, the pharmacy register needs more customer service and not bad attitude with customers who need service and medicine.
Even though I sat next to to provider when they called this pharmacy, after giving them the number, I was told that there was never a message left for a prescription. Very off putting conversation with an unhelpful individual. Going to ask my provider to use a different pharmacy from now on.
