Made an online order for Mother's Day. When I arrived to pick it up, they said the machine for canvas prints was out of order. I received no prior warning and the last at the counter basically said "that's just the way our system works. "

SERVICE HERE SUCKS WAITED 30 DAM MINS FOR HELP AN WHEN HE DID COME INSTEAD OF HIM TELLING OTHER CUSTOMERS TO GIVE HIM A MIN HE WALKED AWAY AN LEFT ME AN HUSBAND STANDING AN DIDN'T RETURN. FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP US AN HE DIDN'T NO WHAT WE WERE TAKING ABOUT AT ALL. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AT at! POOR SERVICE!
