Walmart Supercenter, Jacksonville FL

Customer service was nice and fast the shells were a little empty but I got everything that was on my list I'm disabled and they had plenty of electric carts working charged up and ready to go

Store was empty when I go there no one it seemed like just employees. Store was clean I was shopping diabetic supplies and everything was organized neat and stocked. I looked one to find items I was looking for ahead of time. Everything g was correct online so finding what isle products were on was a breeze. I would recommend this store definitely

I actually love this store. I had the best managers. They treated me with grace and kindness. Dispute of being me being terminated I have no ill will. Love them guys. I hope and pray everyone prospers.

Waiting in the only line open for more than 20 items for 20minutes and still looks like it's gonna be awhile. Employees walking through but no other one bothering to open a lane. Self check out wrapped around the corner as well.

Clean, relatively well-stocked. Large open aisles. Very much unlike the 8808 Beach Blvd location I shop at, which is truly the pits. And it seems it's due to the management and personnel, since all other Walmart stores are better. Got my Covid vax here, since my local store did not offer it.

Store is but needs a major restocking effort. Parking is plentiful which is always a good thing. Deli department was helpful but several items including Turkey Pastrami were out of stock. Several aisle were almost empty of products with box's on skids waiting to be put on shelves. Sadly this is common in most Wal-Mart locations of late. Go if you must but no excitement from me on this visit.

They say they do not allow big truck parking but i have seen many big trucks in there parked at night. I think its at their discretion. If you are nice about it and ask politely, you should be good.

Never have anything you want tell you it's the computer that does the ordering get told by five different walmart employees and thats one at different ones says the person that runs/stock the area is there job

Horrible experience to shop here. Pls try to stay away for your safety and happiness. Extremely rude abusive staff. The Managers must be the reason this store has no customer service. The managers exhibit and encourage rudeness and unhelpful behavior. They will not even speak to customers. The staff is permitted to be rude.

Pretty clean for a small store although most of the good stuff is usually out of stock hahaha so if you see something you like get it while you can otherwise when you finally get the chance to it's going to be gone. The staff are quite friendly and social down there as well and very helpful. No pictures available sorry.

It's Walmart and everything takes too long in the checkout line. Took me 15 minutes to buy two items.

A kids was riding a bike Theotheythroughthroughout the store thathe was not buying. No parent in sight and he nearly hit me 3times. Went to customer service to complain and they said there's nothing They can do about it. That it is up to the parents discretion. The customer service at this store absolutely sucks. I will not be going here again and advising muy church and friends to never shop here at this location anymore.

The staff was wonderful except one young man. Did not get the room I was expecting. The halls were so hot could not breath. Rooms could have been stocked better and you get turtle speed WiFi unless you pay extra. But ok I guess

Not a huge fan because there are never enough cashiers but it's convenient and the price is right for home goods and art/craft supplies.

Walmart never should get a 5 unless someone actually helps you so the moral of the story nobody did so cheers to 3 stars!

From out of town so this is based only on a single trip to restock traveling supplies.

This is pretty much like every other Walmart. Cleaner than most. Had everything I was looking for but my list was pretty vanilla.

Parking is relatively easy, lots of spaces but on a busy day you'll have to walk some. Not an issue for me.

Employees had a smile or a "hi" and the cashier was very friendly.

All in all, of I lived nearby, I would probably shop here.

Horrible i get subutex and the pharmacist made me out to be a monster wrote on my perscription then told me they didnt have any.the skinny hobbib is rude as hell

I've never been treated so rudely in my life. This experience will be the one that causes me to never spend another penny at a Walmart in my life. Good riddance.
