Walmart Supercenter, Port Charlotte FL

My lady and I had a bit of an adventure looking at housewares, kitchenware, personal care and more. The newly built home has been empty for a while and it still needs EVERYTHING to make it livable.
The lady who was at check out was not vivacious, but certainly was focused on her task of ringing up our mountain of merchandise. God bless her.
I like WalMart. I love Southern Walmarts even more because of the caring customer service and polite customers who show courtesy to others. This is what I hope for in a store and found here, with a wide variety of merchandise. Oh I almost forgot, food shopping was a real surprise when we found steaks for dinner which were thick and tender. I cannot recall ever buying cuts of meat besides sandwich meat in any of the Wally World stores in the United States. Excellent store!

Kinda disappointed they kick u out to Close! Not 24hrs like certain stores have Always Been! And at 10p on a Weekend? !? ! A lil Aggravating! ¡!

Your everyday Walmart entrance and exit off two streets which is nice. More than enough parking and plenty of self service check outs. With the added bonus of a pretzel shop

It's a pretty run down store. They are consistently out of what I need and they haven't had the GV Thai Curry Sauce in months.

Too busy, no matter what time of the day it is. Too me, it seems to be quite a bit dirty. I would say that it’s one of the dirtiest Walmart’s I have ever been in. I honestly don’t like the North Port Super Center. For the reasons that I have listed, and other reasons. But, I don’t have all night to go through them all! Lol! I really hope that everyone is healthy and safe out there.

Its a wal mart. It was busy. Found things for next Christmas. To many self check outs in my opinion. Taking jobs away from ones who actually want to work.

How many times do I have to come in here to waste my time looking for ATF fluid. This place never has any! Other Walmarts always have a better selection and usually stock 4 quart jugs of things like Valvolene ATF, but out of 20 times I think I saw it once in this store. Otherwise the shelves are always empty. Fix your stupid inventory.

Surprised at these reviews because every time I go there I get terrible customer service, the most miserable people work here, can’t be bothered to figure out how to do something simple so they just tell you it can’t be done, when I know FOR A FACT it can. I will say there is one or two cashiers who are always polite they usually work in the garden center, workers at self checkout are just plain miserable. Won’t be coming back. Disappointed in my local Walmart.

This is a go to place for almost everything in the house. From food to clothing, electronics, and even garden center. Prices are affordable and they open 24h.
They are recently renovated, re-arranged certain areas, adding aisles numbers.which is really help to find things better.
My only gripe is that I wish they train employees more efficiently. Many of them don't know how checkout with Walmart Pay system works.

They will have most of the items you will need.
But the prices are not that low. Lower you prices an buy American products. Don't depend on the. Chinese.

I can't say anything bad about Wal-Mart other then then putting small businesses out of business. The staff is always helpful and they always have what i need with several selections. I shop here alot.

Love the Walmart Super Stores. If you need or want it they have it. Then get your pedicure, haircut, pay bills, put money on PayPal or other cards. Very nice staff at this location and ample parking.

Items in electronics were not organized well. Needed converter from HDMI to VGA and another for converter from Display port to VGA. For some reason, the one type was two aisles over from the other. One employee knew where the one was after asking two others. Hopefully, they have reorganized the aisles to put similar items together.

Great baby products, really like parents choice wipes diapers soap and gas medicine
Babies are expensive and I was scared of getting an off brand but really works just as good if not better so that's a plus. I like the self check out too.

Don't like that Walmart. They have a small unappealing selection of clothes and sizes. And they're set up unless you shop there every day then you would know that the paper goods is on the other side of the grocery aisle opposite the eggs. I will remind myself not to go to Murdock Walmart unless it's absolutely necessary.

I ordered the Urbini Omni Plus 3 in 1 Travel System, Special Edition for same day pick up on Friday September 21,2018. It was supposed to be ready after 6p.m. They delayed it until September 25,2018. It’s September 29,201& and my item still isn’t ready for pick up.

The deli employees are terribly slow, they move at their own pace and have no sense of urgency! Except for Ureeka (probably misspelled her name) she was great and was the only one moving fast. I waited for 15 minutes and I was 3rd in line!

Went to look for new phone service or a new phone to add to my boost mobile account line and all phones were more than advertised or they were out refused to order any if paid said go online and order as pick up. But figurged buy phone and add to line and it would be cheaper as we missed out all dealers deal because we were late to get there they all closed at 6 pm as Sarasota all close at. 8 so went walmart some were same price phones or they were more. Money than dealer and plans are more boost is deff cheaper for 4 to 5 lines

AWESOME PLACE! The staff there is very helpful.you can stop anyone and they will be more than happy to help you with anything. They are friendly, helpful, yet professional and always seem to have smiles on their faces.which just brightens anyone's day. Thank you WalMart at Murdock, in Port Charlotte, Florida. Also, they have a Smart Styles Hair Salon and the Manager there cuts my hair and always does an AWESOME job. Thank you!

Walmart in Port Charlotte is the nicest I have ever seen. BUT, the pharmacy sucks. A very rude Pharmacist. I never get my meds at Walmart. You wait and wait and wait some more.
