Walmart Supercenter, Fort Lauderdale FL

It looked like a Soviet Walmart. 3 of the 9 items I went for were out of stock. Very long lines.

Store was understaffed and tore up. Grocery area also in disarray. Produce was fair at best. Mandarin oranges were in bad shape. Check out lines were very long. Cashier however was very friendly and efficient. Grocery bags filled properly. Customer service closes about 3 hours before store closes. Reps were surly. Manager did help my friend with his return about 5 minutes after department closed. I'm not a big fan of Walmart. While there were a few bright spots, I don't anticipate returning any time soon

On phone for 1 hour, 6 times for 10 min each until auto disco.try to make sure they got my tire order. Never answer. Go to my appointment next day, they can not find my tires. Next, they find them but refuse to install because of micro difference in size. Next order I try the "pick up" option. Took them 45 min to get to me, only 6 cars in lot. Slow as f^*k. I will not use this Store or these programs.

The bathroom was very Clean. However, the lines was all very long as usual. I haven't shop at Wal-Mart in 2 years. I needed some personal hygiene stuff that Family Dollar doesn't have right now. ‍️

By far the most horrible experience I've ever had at a Walmart! Extremely rude people customers workers the whole 9, by the way does anybody still know what personal space means? I stood in line for about 15 minutes only for the girl to tell me and the people in front of me that she was closed so we had to go get into a whole other line. I stood in line longer than it took me to shop! Total time waiting in line 35 minutes absolutely ridiculous! I will never return to this Walmart I'm new to downtown fort Lauderdale I will drive out of my way to go to a nicer one. Completely and utterly unacceptable customer service wise 100% avoid this Walmart! Come to think of it I might altogether boycott Walmart thanks for the awesome experience!

Bad customer service from management. Waited almost a hour to talk to one. The lower mangers kept calling them and they kept making excuses or saying they will be right there. After almost a hour 3 of the came out and non of them were able to help me. Talked to many associates, it’s out of there hands. There just doin there jobs but the management is not there for the associates or the customers. Worst experience I’ve had.

Stay away from this location totally ghetto you’ll be lucky if someone speaks English managers automotive department terrible manager for the entire store afraid of employees.

A manager helped me find an item! I was looking for Tarnex which is not a popular item anymore. She found it for me in just a few minutes! Without her help, I would have left without it. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you!

Did a fantastic job of assessing me with my pick up.
I originally came to Walmart to pick up a car seat that was supposed to be here December 20,2018 it was not here at customer service. Quetin help me out very much so even with him being so busy he actually took the time out to make sur my Situation was handled appropriately.

I ordered online for pickup and when I got to the store I had to wait about 20 minutes for a CSR to assist me in the pickup line. No other customers were there and the other reps who were handling returns did not want to deal with the online orders. The customer service needs to be better

I was greeted at the door as I come in the store Cashier was very pleasant I had a problem with my credit card manages was very helpful

Never have anything in stock. And apparently they take return on anything. I was looking for a travel size container. The only one that they had on the shelf was 1 that someone returned and it still had their lotion in it.

Longest lines that ive seen at any walmart ive been to. Pretty trashed every time I have been in there.

Unfriendly staff and not enough cashiers at the cash registers and merchandises are all over the on the floor
This Wal-Mart operates itself without any manager, supervisor OR anyone in charge as it's just too crazy to believe there's someone is in charge there.

Typical Walmart, busy store. Great variety of items.
I would not go there after dark, too many shady folks strolling around.

Huge place yet I couldn't find half the items I buy at my local, smaller Walmart.
Also the lines always seem to be longer than normal no matter what time I've been there.

Its Walmart no one really likes shopping there but it's cheaper to get your household items so I go.

As always lines are super long and if I had another option like a store with quicker lanes I would have gone there but I didn’t have an option so I went shopping at Walmart.

I really do not like shopping at Walmart it's close by my house so that's why I went in to get a few items that I need it I rather go to Publix because of the lines at Walmart are too long the employees that work here are rude the managers are no better

Good prices and alot to choose from but the worse worse part is checking out. Seem like no one is ever working on the registers and the lines get to long and even the managers dont do a thing about it.
