Walmart Supercenter, Kendall FL

Hate coming here, there's never any parking. It's really hot in the store and there's only 3-4 cashiers open

Good luck on getting anyone from any department to answer the phone. Customer service here is no good.

Average WalMart, they have everything and are open 24/7, very close to home so that's a plus. We don't buy groceries here, just general stuff we might need fast! This place is always packed, specially weekends, so plan accordingly! Curb side pickup when ordering online really works great at this location, I use it all the time!

I purchased a birthday present on line, it was only available at the Walmart store in Kendall which is over ten miles from my home. I chose to other on line and pick it up in the store. I parked my car and walked into the store lobby', typed my name into the Pick Up Computer. Within two minates a gentleman called my name and handed me a bag containing my purchase and thanked me for shopping at Walmart. It was faster than going into my local department store and standing in a check out cash register line. I'll use this system more in the future, no shipping cost, guaranteed my purchase is available and no checkout lines. I suggest that Walmart set up a Drive Through pick up window, this would free up spaces in their parking lot and reduce congestion in the store lobby as well as saving the purchaser the time looking for a place to park, walking to and from the store and carrying their purchases to their car.

Kendall lakes branch.total insanity.customers are rude, staff is great! Overcrowded, no parking spaces, on a Wednesday pm!

I hate Walmarts. The size is just tiring. OK, yes, I am getting to old to walk 5 miles in a department store, and, then I have to either scan and bag my items or wait in the forever line. Maybe they should have seating benches along the wait line. Maybe I would go back when I have energy to spare. A sitting fountain, with a wishing well, in the center of the store wouldn't have been a bad idea either. If you asked what my wish could have been. Maybe another register on the other end.

Not a cashier at all? ! This is horrible! Went to do my shopping, get to the cash registers and not even one cashier available at 7am. They expected me to scan all my items myself? Since when do I get paid for this? Screw you walmart! I will go somewhere else!

Extremely nice very well stocked, nicely organized. Quite big & spacious. Very clean employees were polite & helpful.

Best Walmart in town, clean, great self check out, but please have lots of respect for the staff remember that this are human beings just like you and me, and there's people that throw everything around, not thinking how hard is for the employees to take your attitude at late hours. So make sure that when you go there show some respect.

This is a nice Walmart, It was recently renovated and looks very modern, There are always plenty of registers opened and the store is very well stocked.

No one speaks English! I called the bakery to inquire about a specific cake, apparently no one in the bakery department spoke English, I asked to be transferred and they hung up on me.

This place is ridiculous no one speaks English most employees or route and expect you to know you’re looking for. It’s sad but it’s true.

Excelent place to shop. You could find almost everything you need in one place. They have friendly staff. Besides having good quality products the store is always very well maintain. They keep bathrooms and store clean at all times. Shopping here could be a pleasent experience.

This wal mart used to be a nice clean place but noww is dirty and the people taht. Visit this place looks to me that the just jump from a. Boat.nasty place. Is not wal marts fault.

Always so packed, parking lot extremely dark. I get anxiety thinking I have to go to Walmart but I still go because the prices.

I love this Wal-Mart, I literally shop here all the time. Food selection is great, you find anything and everything and prices are always low. Lines are always huge though lol as with every walmart in Miami!

The online pick up in this store works very nice, before you get to sit in the waiting area, they are already calling your name.

I found what i need with help from 2 employees. Just which they speek english it would make it faster and easier

This is America and you go here where 75% of the workers don't give a dam about the customer service they don't speak no dam English they don't greet you oh and when your checking out they jus look at u and forcefully give u the receipt no have a good day or nothing
