Walmart Supercenter, Orlando FL

I love kirkman Walmart, Best of Best.
Shelves are always stocked, The floor is always spotless and the lines are great.
Customer service as never been Walmart strong suit so I can’t take a star from them

With Extra security measures in place I felt like I was attending rap concert. Low lighting patches in the parking lot. Strangly there was a security guard in a pickup truck with New York license plates. I think that may be illegal for out of state plates on a company vehicle. The store was bustling for 11: 00 @ night. Strangly registers were not lit up and some accepted cards only while others accepted cash only. Stock staff throughout the store were busy and unfriendly overly non engaging with shoppers. Dog food section was poorly stocked and unorganized while pallets filled the isles. This was ok for a late night unexpected errand but not a place I would use for my regular shopping based upon this experience. I won't intentionally be back any time soon as the primary decision maker in my family. Thank God we have a Walmart Neighborhood Market nearby where for me Shopping is a bigger pleasure when you see the prices.

Always packed neeeeeedddd self checkout! Bad. Those lines are entirely to long there is no such thing as running in and out here. U will b waiting, even if u only got one thing. But if u know like I know listen, not everyone has honor, I know they missin alot of invento everyday frm ppl who simply need a few things and hate to wait an hr to purchase. I'm jus saying.

Average super market a little bit of everything, good prices, good offers, can be a bit cleaner but the real reason why I rate them 3 stars are the employees, a lot of them are often rude or don't seem to care about the customers needs, some of them are good but a lot other not so much.
7min away from Universal Studios.
10min away from Millenia Mall.
15-20min away from Downtown Orlando.
20min away from Disney.

The cost of groceries is less here than some other grocers. The store itself is clean; employees were pleasant. The parking lot is not kept clean.

The person handling the electronics department was extremely rude. I ask her to check if she had an item and she wouldn’t do it.she wouldn’t check in the computer or check on the shelves or back.

I waited like 20 mins for my turn and she blowed me off

My daughter just came from Walmart she’s six months pregnant waiting on the line when she’s about to cash out the lady at the register with the blond hair didn’t even tell her that she’s moving to another register she just walk out from the register didn’t even my daughter who six months pregnant waiting to cash out that she’s going to another register

Don't even waste your time coming to this Walmart! I had an online order for 1 item. Came to pick it up.checked in on the app. Went to pickup desk and nobody was there checked in again on their screen. Waited 10 min and during that time 3 different employees passed by and said they would get someone. Waited another 10 min before anyone came back there. Overall it to 30 minutes to pick up 1 item that was sitting on the counter. Probably would have been faster for me to grab the item of the counter go to the register to check out and just cancel the online order. I will NEVER select this location again or come here. It's NOT worth the time and hassle.

I just receive this in my delivery order. Came with the receipt from other customer return and all. Good job

This is my regular Walmart. Its iffy. I went in yesterday to find a New Years hat with my daughter, ended up with 2 items. Lines were super long, like always, so I went to the jewelery counter to check out. The lady tells me she cannot check me out and she doesn't want a line to form and then tries to tell me her register doesnt even work. Lies. So I go to electronics and they were great, 3 min in line.
So. I walk back to the front and I see this chick cashing a male out at the jewelry counter with her drawer that dont work. I told management but I doubt they'll do anything considering if they had more lines open I wouldn't have had this issue in the first place! Get. It. Together. Wal-Mart!

The walmart website stated that they close at 6pm however they decided to close the doors at 5: 30pm and tell everyone that they are closed however it wasnt 6pm. (False Advertisement). Then they told people that once 6 o'clock the registers will shut down and the people in the store would have to just go home and come back another day. I called the customer service number and the representative was very rude and sarcastic. Very poor and dont even feel like shopping here again. Wish there was a 0 star review.

This walmart is full of scams. Always make sure you open and SMELL your shampoos and body washes and any other personal care liquids before buying. There are many mindless hackers that purchase the good stuff bring it home and empty the real product into their own containers and then filling them back up with cleaning chemicals such as PINESOL AND Lysol and other floor cleaning products then they then return the products in exchange for their money and then they put the product back on the shelf for anyone to buy and then someone purchases their supossed to be favorite showering products, brings them home, proceeds with taking a shower and then all of a sudden you smell like MR CLEAN OR PINESOL OR LYSOL FLOOR CLEANER, because the idiots in the kirkman area are SCAMMERS! AND CUSTOMER service reps need to INSPECT what people are returning before placing back to the shelf for sale. Very disappointed!
