Walmart Supercenter reviews
38 Great amount of parking available!
Wide entrance doors accommodates the widest of buttocks.
Excellent selection of wares and goods for the discerning customers.
Wal Mart, not because you want to, but because you have to.
Excellent WalMart! The people are great and the spirits are polite. A. A. A.and mysteries are present all around town. It is a very good place to shop while stocking up for more Space Age Adventures @A Space Port.
In & Out quick, went for some Kitty~Litter and picked up some of their seasoned corn th@ was by the rotisserie chickens, for some tortillas; peppers & corn.
Bought a bike, when I went to go pick it up, it was still in the box. I unfortunately do not know anything about putting a bike together so I asked for them to assemble. It was no problem, the manager was contact, she confirmed the date the 3rd party assemblers would be there and 2 days later she called to tell me my bike was ready! I did curbside pick up, so they even help me get it into my car. Really great experience. They always have good plants in the garden section too.
On yesterday we purchased groceries and apart of that order was a container of the mild pico de gallo which we buy quite often. Last night as I opened the container I saw a round ring on the inside. I picked it out and it was a small/medium size rubber band. Im not sure if these items are made on site or brought in by a vendor. However either way you guys have to be very cautious and very careful because had I not seen it and just continued to mix it with the guacamole I was making and served it to my children they could have chocked. If this is made on site be more careful if its not made on site be more careful and share this feedback to your vendor ASAP. I'm returning the item to your store immediately.
This is a review for pickup at the supercenter. We were waiting for our item after checking in from the tower.for like 20 minutes. Assistant manager came and saved the day by getting someone to retrieve our item. Not bad, but could have been better.
Pretty much like every other Walmart. Lots of stuff doesn't stay stocked up. They always check your receipt like you are a criminal. Lines to check out can be pretty bad. Good prices usually.
Quick and fast service as i used a clerk standing outside the self service area. Never seen this before but she rung up the few items o had & i was on my way. Now i get this survey set to me. Don't no how you got my email and that concerns me. Mr. B. T. 19 June 19.
Initially gave them four stars because the location is always clean and usually has most of what you need. I had started going to other establishments to get what I need because of speed and convenience since they never have more than 2 registers open.
This is my goto walmart. Busy but if you order online and pull up you can get every thing done much quicker. They have barber which I had never done but am satisfied they have cut enough hair to cut mine.
Honest Review - Part 2 of 2 (a continuation of review by Candlestick Productions.)
The after thought I had later that I should have said to the manager was. “hey, you’re a big time manager that most likely worked her way up through the ranks. How about you? You’re trained as a cashier, right? I can’t imagine you becoming a manager and not knowing how to also be a cashier. ” But I didn’t think about that until later.
She had already blew me off, walked away was I was still talking and didn’t deal with my request, and as I was still talking to her she walked in the back behind a wall at the customer service desk so she didn’t have to listen to me. How freaking RUDE was that?
This business practice we joke about is passed down from typical Walmart corporate folks starting with the CEO, board of directors, into upper management, then to the lower store manager who does the scheduling for the day. Because in every city I have ever lived, it seems common knowledge this is how Walmarts everywhere do business. My only guess is that they think they are saving money.
Well they didn’t get my money. They sure didn’t save anything doing this to me. And what about my groceries you ask? Oh, since the corporate decision makers at the top who send down these types of ideas to their lower managers (if the ship sinks, it is the captain’s fault, right?) weren’t kind enough to send out training to their subordinates to send out an additional cashier when this happens, I wasn’t quite kind enough to hand their corporation any money for a cart full of groceries. So, I wheeled my cart full of groceries to the absolute farthest point in the store (the closed auto and tire department) and there they sit. It’s now 11: 00pm and this store closes at midnight. I suspect by the morning the milk, cottage cheese, past-date steaks, other steaks, boneless chicken breasts, creamer and other perishables will be a cart full of stinky room temperature goo.
Since I couldn’t get them through a checkout in a timely fashion that was all I could do with the cart. And since I am disabled and in extreme pain 24/7, my particular disability doesn’t allow me to stand in line at the cheap Walmart for a half hour (after slowly shopping for an hour and a half) just so I can give them my hard earned Social Security check money. And, I wasn’t about to take another hour or more trying to put each item back where it belonged.
No, my thought was “to hell with Walmart. ”
I’ll go to my local Publix, or Winn-Dixie, or Aldi, or Sav-A-Lot, there are several Dollar-type stores close by with grocery items, my local Target store (which is closer than the Walmart) has grocery items, there’s a Trader Joes not far away, on and on and on. So, to hell with Walmart!
If I were the store manager of that Walmart, I would fire that shift manager. How much more business is her terrible attitude going to cost your corporation? And if she is short-handed tonight, I would suspect she is also the one who writes the evening schedule, so it’s her fault. FIRE HER! Or, is this acceptable for the corporate decision makers of Walmart, and its “OK” this kind of stuff goes on. WE (the paying public) would like to know.
The end.
The remodeling was very much needed for the Wal-Mart stores. At one point I hated going to Wal-Mart to shop, I enjoy going to Wal-Mart now with the updating that their doing.
If Wal-Mart is so worried about Amazon the company needs to seriously try taking better care of the air conditioning instead of investing in self checkouts.
Who wants to shop in hot stores?
Wal mart always have what I need but they do not have bags large enough for the items I purchased.
Found everything I was looking for. Store was very busy but people were moving through lines fairly fast. Plenty of Walmart Personnel around making sure that my experience was smooth.
You can find majority of what you need. But staff need to be more attentive on restocking and disposing of bad products. Customer service overall needs some work especially now that they are renovating their self checkout area.
Once you finally find a parking space, it's your typical Walmart experience, including the various cast of characters that come in and out. Customer service is pretty quick and efficient, especially for a small dedicated staff. Other than that, you're on your own, especially in electronics (with or without someone there). Layaway and pickup are pretty top notch, so that balances things out nicely.
I like the new remodeling that going on. I was in line the two cashiers had customers, a new cashier comes and takes her time when the line was to long to take her time adding bags. I know she was doing the safe thing but come on the customers were upset and so we're the cashiers. I few of your price tags say one thing and the register rings up something different please work that. Still love your store but today was the worst.
Prices are higher than Harveys Grocery store.in most items Dam shame
wal Mart. Did have lowest prices on every thing
I'm one of those that don't when does Shop I actually go in and out I like the ease of shopping at Walmart going right to what I'm looking for picking it up and leaving their new self service option is not a favor of mine I like good old-fashioned interaction with another human being
