Incompetence all the way around that store! Customer service is the worst I've seen in a long time.

Terrible. One checkout open. Finally get to register cashier doesn't know how to reload a gift card and didn't have new ones anywhere. Asked another associate to help reload wasn't willing to help me. All they have are self checkouts open I am not getting paid to checkout and bag my own groceries and I don't get a discount for doing it. WE NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE.

Very nice stuff But Find a better security patrol Somebody Peaceful who love and respect people Doesn't matter your color.

Walmart is walmart. Friendly staff who used Masks, handsanitizer, and sheilds. Carts clean and plenty of cashiers.

Very dirty, floors, walls bathrooms were gross, chose not to use them. All shopping carts are rusted and have warped wheels. Just seems like management and associates have no pride in their store.

Currently going under some remodeling so it appeared that grocery section was emptier than normal

I go when I am in a pinch but the employees act like they hate their job and customer service is almost non existent. When given a choice I shop at Publix! I gave two stars because of the front door greeter (He is always personable and friendly) and the prices ONLY.

Love this song AL mart. Always clean and organized. Never too crowded. Plus, they actually have carts at the ready.

Only 2 cash stand out of 12 open. Long wait and then surly cashier. Won't go back that is sure.

They started moving things around so the employees are more useless at knowing where anything is than before. Be prepared to wait in line for 40 minutes because this Walmart packs out now and people have maxed cart loads. The cashiers are apathetic at best to be doing their job so are in no hurry to shrink down a line when they get paid the same either way.

Even though it's a one-stop-shop with low prices it just always seems like there's never any parking and pick up service supposed to be on the end instead of in the middle of the parking lot where the people that actually went to go in their house a parking spot

Do not visit the store on a Sunday night. You will find the store shelves bear and there will be more people trying to stock the shelves than there will be customers!

Prices are reasonable as always, though the produce is definitely NOT always fresh. I’ve just bought “fresh” baby carrots only to have them have a sour smell with weird white goo on all of them *shivers*.

Wendy U has horrible service and she claims to be a manager here at Walmart Supermarket that can’t do returns or assist her staff with returns (and she’s there leader). However, Kathy, within customer service delivered great service and provided time and attention to our return. Wendy U needs to be coached on her leadership skills and how she assist her staff and most importantly customers. There is no need to get snappy and when you get snappy back you can’t handle it and tell a customer to leave. Why? Because you now can’t manager someone being snappy and them having the right too. It’s July 4th weekend, the store is slow (it’s 12: 07pm) there is no need for her attitude especially on this weekend. Upper managers needs to address their team members. Civil cases will be pursued with this woman. Everyone needs to remember you don’t know who someone else knows. Respect people equally at all times. I mean really you never saw undercover boss?
