Walmart Supercenter, Port Orange FL

Ordered on line groceries on the website for pick up between 12-1 pm. At noon get a text that the order is delayed. OK things happen. Call at 1 and they can’t find the order. At 1: 30 stop at Walmart Store 0582 and they say they don’t have the order. Given the order number they find the order but it hasn’t been processed and the store never got it. Call corporate and they too can see the order but have no idea where it went. Advised to cancel the order, Re-order and wait 5-7 business days for our credit card to be refunded. Have been a loyal Walmart customer but the service is going the way of everything else in the country, down the drain.

Walmart superstore in port orange is clean, well stocked and safe. Most everyone (customers) had masks and all staff had masks.

Meh. With a big corporation like this its completely hit or miss, some days I'm in an out with everything I need, other days they dont have a single thing in stock. But of all the Walmarts in volusia.it's by far my fav. And I'm lucky its right down the road.

Unfortunately they seem to be having problems keeping the store stocked. I was unable to find shoes in my size a common size. I purchased the last of the external 2 TB hard drives in stock sadly I needed two. A barely productive visit.

I never really paid attention to what they didn't have. So today I went there to the Neighborhood Walmart because I needed clothes hangers but they didn't have them. Now I know

I had a return, and she said because one thing was bought on clearance (electronic dept return) I had to go back to the store I purchased it from. So dont buy electronics on clearance out of town. #stupid.rule.learned #stupidcorplaw #employeesjustfollowrules

Poor Poor customer service, been to Walmart 3 times and will never go to Chinamart again. Pay more and buy elsewhere.

Prefer getting groceries at their Supermarket, but they have a huge selection of all our home needs!

I found an item here for less than half the price of Hobby Lobby. Granted the quality wasn't as good but the look was almost the same.

Walmart usually has what you need. Their prices remain lower than other grocery stores for the most part.

I love Ormond beach Walmart all the staff are extremely helpful and very polite also quick to take the time to answer questions and show you where what you're looking for is located not just point n say "over there" they actually take you to what you're looking for.
