Walmart Supercenter, Gibsonton FL

It's a perfect mix of snail pace slow and blind leading the blind. Grossly understaffed everyday and evening. 2 registers open from 7 to close.

Always and Every Saturday there is 2 lanes open. One is the 20 items or less. Lines are backed up like crazy and no ones cares. Feel bad for the 2 people working the registers.

I parked outside Garden center to buy plants today. Got to the garden center registers. A walmart employee proceeded to tell me and 3 other customers there is nobody to ring you up back here today! We were all Livid! We had to go to front registers and walk all the way around the building with our purchase to get to our cars. I have never been that disrespected by an employee and will never be back to this Walmart again!

This place had a line for checkout going half way to the back of the store! Insane amount of people. They definitely need to open more registers. Only thing keeping this from being a 1 star is that we had a tire done in the tire center which was supposed to take 2-3 hours and they did it in one which was a blessing because the front registers were absolutely not something we were going to use.

Drove all the way there for an item that was instore pick up only. Marked in stock online and once I show up its not available

Very crowded, difficult to park. I love this club though. Wish they would turn on the closed captions on the tv's though.

Good store over all except for the lady working in the tabacco line. Don't remember her name but she was very rude seemed unhappy to assest me and family member. Slamming and basically throwing items in bag, never spoke a word even though I was polite and spoke to her. Mind you the two customers before me she was smiling having conversations with them and seemed very pleased. Until it got to me her whole demeanor changed.

Milk on floor almost fell and nobody wanted to clean it up. I have fallen at Wal-Mart twice. I think you should train your worker's how to clean wet floors. I never reported my falls yet.

Very poor customer service I even to management and they dont ever care.they dont price match there item to what they have online.they say the Walmart website that you look on line is a fake waltmar so you can even look and go back to the store and match price cus they wont do it.

Out of my instant coffee the second week no rice noodles for the Chinese chow mein going on 3 weeks always have to go to another store for other things

Bathroom was out of order, self check out was closed on both sides, 4 total lanes open and they shut down a whole entrance/exit, all by 10pm on a Saturday. Good times.

This store is a freaking joke18 cash register and only 2 of them open at 6pm and the lines for self checkout were 25 to 30 people waiting to check out. You have absolutely no excuse not to have at least 8 registers open. Who cares what the home office says in Arkansas do they know how many people are in the store. Use what little brain cells you have and put people on the register and not in the service department

Anıther Wal-Mart. Some employees were rude and comdescending. When we asked where we could find some products, one responded “over there I guess, I don’t know”

Never any associates around to ask fir help. Waited 20 minutes in the sports section for a fishing license until i decided to leave and just buy it online.

Made an appointment for a tire repair at a tire store and they got too busy. Called Walmart Auto Center They were busy too.but took me right in! Thanks Auto Center! Walmart Auto 10 stars!

Lots of staff willing to help. Parking lot was dirty. Shopping carts needs maintenance and repair. Cashiers were friendly and helpful.

This walmart has the worst customer service. Layaway is horrible. Press the button 5 times for assistance people just kept walking by us. Waited over 15 minutes then finally just left and asked for a manager that I didnt get. They called for somebody and it was one of the girls that just walked right on by. I will never use layaway again.

Store was relatively easy to get around and easy to check out. My only problem with all Wal-Mart's is they never have enough handicapped scooters
2 of their employees went out of their way to find a scooter for me to use. I thank them so much for that!

Maybe because today is black Friday I had a bad experience. Cashier was extremely unpleasant and rude. Asked a worker a question, she replied in Spanish when I asked in English. People were ripping through bins and the electronics section like crack heads. Whatever. It's Wal Mart.

Large, impersonal warehouse type store. Pile it high, sell it cheap. Everyone knows the Walmart formula and it works well. They do need to sort out their check out areas though which I still find to be an organised mess.
