Walmart Supercenter, Casselberry FL

They never have what I need always out of it shelves are empty people want to blame the pandemic and that's my fault I should have just went to Publix shelves are always full

Walmart supercenter was horrible, I have a horrible experience in Customer Service with a guy very unprofessional, nasty, was about a Air Mattress, and the supervisor was agree with him. I call main Customer Service Office put the complain, she said that someone will call me in 3 days, no one has called yet. I just moved to Florida, what at welcome to this state. I'm give 1 start, but I supposed to give 00000.

Lines for the registers are always extremely long (last time we spent 45+ minutes waiting to check out), and they are consistently out of basic products.

Don't shop at this Walmart, you'll save time by driving 10 minutes to the next closest store.

My tire pressure light came on when I was a quarter of the way from dropping off my daughter back for school after the Thanksgiving break. I noticed a flat when refueling and this Walmart was the only closest location with an auto center. They were on the verge of shutting shop when I pulled up. Without question they took my vehicle changed out the tire and got me back on the road in no time. No huffing and puffing. No facial expressions or tones that reflect frustration with a customer pulling up at closing time. Just quick friendly service. I as totally expecting some sort of pushback but received none. Thanks to Eric the manager and Alonzo for working on my baby and helping me get back home.

Walmart won’t price-match for items on their own website that I can order for same-day pickup. Also, things with “Happy Halloween” written on them in the Halloween clearance aisle were apparently not part of the Halloween clearance sale. Walmart is really sliding.

I find that they have great prices, & Items, BUT they lack having their personel available, (Especially in Elctronics), & it seems that they are constantly shifting the store items around where you can't find things easily!

One last thing, why is it that in EVERY WALMART or SUPER-WALMART, you can't get a good signal, for both the Cellphone, & the internet?
You seem to jam the signal store, & it really is something that bothers me that makes me go outside, & then I change my mind from buying the items, & I am sure others have done it too!

I went to the auto department to exchange a battery that had died prematurely but was still under warranty. The warranty was honored and I was gifted with a new replacement. I want to give special thanks to store associates Sylvia and Erik for their outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanor throughout my experience there.

The place is a mess right now it's going through a major remodel so you have a real tough time finding things that you normally knew where they were. You've been warned

Rude service. Zero check out lanes except for self checkout and they expect me to self checkout 75 items. Self checkout guy said that’s my only option. Left my basket and walked out

They are located in a central area. You may buy things as simple as things for breakfast, laundry, garden, toys, and clothing up to 3x women and men.

Same complaint for Walmart, not enough registers open. Handicap accessible all the way. Although your best bet of finding a motorized buggie would be to look in the parking lot. They seem to never have any inside.

Great store to shop for the daily needs. However, cashier Elvira needs a lesson or 2 in customer service. No greetings, no facial expression of hi or hello. She was not rude, but an expression of don't care about it.

ChinaMart. Please replace the wheels on your shopping carts! And quit acting like you don't see all those panhandlers out front! Going downhill fast! Really starting falling apart when you took a political stance and stopped selling firearms and ammo. Wife asked me to go with her, she does not feel safe to go by herself. But I don't want to go. I miss drooling over the rifles and looking for ammo deals. So, wife goes to Target instead! Looks like you are taking the same route K-Mart took!

My experience was amazing here. I had no issues. It was clean and staff was friendly that I had come across.

Walmart always has great value and reasonable prices. Stores clean, employees nice and I love shopping here and you will too

This self checkout mess and untrained cashiers at the staffed registers is a fiasco.

If it weren't for low prices I would never shop at Walmart!

Very clean and up to date. Always pushing to stay stocked up. I rather drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes to visit this one vs the 2 closer ones to me. I highly enjoy this one and usually give walmarts 4 stars except for 1 other 5 star.

Walmart has improved so much and has been renovating their store by adding signs to locate items that you are looking for to help make your shopping experience easier. Multiple sections of self checkouts make it faster for a quick and easy check out only thing is, is that when your at the self check out counter if you hold a WIC card it will not accept it so, you would have to either go to customer service (if no lines are open at the cash register) or the registers where a cashier could take you.
