Walmart Supercenter, Lauderdale Lakes FL

Ok,
Where do i begin with this store? I placed an order for delivery from this store to my home around 12 noon today. 12/3/21. Order was scheduled to be delivered between 8pm and 9pm this evening. As the time reached 8: 45, I got an email telling me that my order was delayed. The status remained in delay until after 10pm when I called Walmart Customer care and found out that the driver cancelled my order on his own but left my order saying that it was delayed. If you could see flames coming out of the top of my head. I was angry and confused about why the driver cancelled my delivery and I am the person who took the time to select my items online and paid for them, not the driver. How wild, crazy, and disrespectful was the driver to do that.

Walmart offered me a discount on my next online order, if I ever order online again and claimed that the driver would be reported. Why are the worker's so lazy and rude? Then they want to request a tip on the website. Some of Walmart's driver's don't deserve a tip at all. Thank God, I will have my car before the end of the month because it I had to continue to depend on the riff raff that some of these business establishment's give jobs too, I would always end up angry.

2 stars for the staff being kind when loading the car for pickup wish I could give 5 just for them but I can't. This is a crowded location so I don't go inside anymore, it's been like 6 years. I like the auto center, not sure if they are still good like before because it's been a while but I do use the pickup service if I'm going to be that way. My only complaint is with my frozen foods they are always defrosted and I had to toss shrimp out twice because of this, so if I need frozen items I now only order them from the McNab location because this one doesn't give good quality items usually. Delivery is even worse- they will throw anything in your bag. I ordered fresh green beans and they put tiny can of green beans in the bag- make it make sense y'all. I've even gotten some expired items. They need to do better.

I found everything I was looking for and the employees in the liquor store were very helpful and kind

It's untidy and always long lines with not enough check out open. Also there is NO SELF-CHECKOUT.

Worst Walmart in the area. Do yourself a favor and pick any other Walmart. I've had issues with online ordering here, having to wait long periods of time for items to be brought to the car only to have to go in to get it. Pharmacy experience has been terrible as well. Management doesn't even bother to offer apologies. Never again.

Good luck getting out of here. Been going to here for years. Not the best not the worst. Ever since covid the lines both regular and express back up into the clothing section. Go to anyone but this one.

The lady putting things back by the toothbrushes around 9pm was the most miserable unhelpful rude worker I’ve ever witnessed. BUT Kendrick in electronics was extremely helpful, thank-you Kendrick!

Christian store manager and nane register manager have horrible customer service skills first the register manager gave me attitude for not knowing her job then the store manager admitted to me that he doesn't know his job and then got the nerve to get mad at me because I was upset. WORST Walmart ever! There's a problem every time I go in there but don't worry because I WON'T Go Back!

8: 15pm tried to buy razors to shave with at Lauderdale store on 441. Razors locked behind a glass case and I asked if the case could be opened to select a razor. Manager told me to go to Walgreens and buy a razor, even though Walmart doesn't close until 11pm.

Highly disregarded and disrespected by management and customer service female for such a simple request. I honestly don't why the razors are under lock and key. Never seen it in Walmart before.

Great hospitality help me find and carry out my groceries to the vehicle thanks to the young man who helped me and the customer service who cash me out I appreciate your kindness

Waste of time they cannot change the tires of the car nor could they open the oil cap to change it rather they do not want to work

The Rasta lady at the pharmacy check out is so lazy she doesn’t want to help find anything.she is impatient her body juster and face movement speak for her I don’t like when she working

This location is the nicest, best organized and merchandise with the biggest selection in South Florida. We will be back!
