Walmart Supercenter, Hialeah Gardens FL

A lil bit far away from my place but we like to go there and what i like the most is that there's no long lines for the ou to pay haha sounds silly but unlike other wm places i have to make a line for 30 minutes to pay

Always packed with people no one is usually available to locate anything. By far the worst is almost no one speaks english making it difficult to ask for anything. Other than that typical walmart

Good store. Very much well stocked. Friendly staff as long as speaking Spanish. Good safely control.

There is no $1 icecream and $1 Coladita as There is in Doral location. Thats the only issue. The rest is excellent in every aspect.

If you need help and don't speak spanish, you're out of luck. Asked over 5 employees for help but they didn't understand english.

No bueno! Miami Lakes, NMB, or Miami Gardens (by the stadium) locations are better. There is so much traffic, and the inside of this place is so packed, that I'm surprised it isn't a hazard. Most of the registers are self check out and most of the customers don't seem to appreciate that, so the registers with actual people seem to be really full, and the cashiers seem to move really slow, and always seem to need a price check or manager assistance. I'll try to avoid this location altogether, in the future.

I love Walmart. I go 3 x a week. But I'm handicap and there is never any scooters. I see teenager riding it women w/ babies, perhaps a person should ask if they have a handicap. And upon return this person plug it in. Ready for the next person. Walmart can do it. They have lots of workers walking around the store talking on the phone. More work, less talk. Production!

By far the worst Walmart I have been in. I do not speak spanish, when I ask a question the response I get "I dont speak english" in spanish.

Today 1 register open, line 11 people waiting, 4 people only had a couple of items. Nobody seemed to know where the manager was. After 20 minutes a manager strolls out then goes to the other side of the store to open self check out.

Absolutely the worst Walmart

Customer service is not good at all at this Walmart, and the I caught 3 in one night opening bags and eating and the workers did not tell them anything. A lady opened the bag of bread, got some slices and left the rest, someone eating a big bag of potatotoe ships and someone finishing a whole bag of grapes.

Prices is reasonable always sales any shrimps are cheap oh yeah and a barbecue chicken he is off the chain

All I want in one store and I love the self checkout. It makes the lines go by faster. I wish they had less out of stocks though.

I called the costumer service and they kept hanging up. Then they answer and they said, let me quote it “vallase para la mierda”. This Walmart needs new management. So many people out of work and they hire someone that treats their costumers like this.

I was told by manager "Richard " oil change takes 3 hours how funny! While techs were sitting down listening regeaton; and customers waiting

The place was packed and half the registers closed. On of teo main entrances closed making it difficult to get in and out.

Horrible but typical Miami customer service that you encounter pretty much everywhere you shop at. No wonder we were voted the rudest city in USA.

I dont know why I put myself through this I have NEVER had a good experience in Walmart the customer service is TERRIBLE the products are cheap and fall apart within months its truly not work coming here its always a mad house. Im done with Walmart

I’m giving them 2 stars because they have an incredible selection and variety of all types of products. That being said, the lines here are horrible there are 18 registers and 10 self check outs closed and only 2 cashiers and and 6 self check outs open. There are cashiers standing in the front talking and supervisors walking around who don’t care, management needs to plan better especially now that we’re in the holiday season and schedule or hire more cashiers.
