Terrible customer service, unfriendly, cashiers make constant mistakes! Overall trashy place to shop!

Made an appointment & was told it would be ready in one hour. When I came back they told me there was a problem. I was never contacted until I came to pick up my Yukon. The EXTREMITY RUDE man told me "well things change". My one hour appointment turned into 2 hours just to change tires. The aaa man changed my tire on the side of the road in 5 minutes

Its walmart. You walk forever to get into the store, then you walk forever to get to your item, then you wait behind a moron in line. I'd expect nothing less.

Worst Pickup experience at this Walmart. Had to wait 45 minutes for my groceries. Go to a different one.

There are currently two cashiers and checkout lines back into the clothing section here. I've been here once a week for the last six weeks. There is always loose carts in parking spots, trash in the aisles of thr store, partially consumed drinks in the aisles, and trash covering the parking lot. I don't have high expectations from Walmart but this store is next level bad. Avoid this store.

Its easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the electronics department employee was good help.

I picked up curbside groceries today. While I am grateful that this service exists, it does have it's issues. When you order online, make sure you check the substitutes on whether you want substitutes or not. Last time, almost half of my order was substitutes. They send you notices but I was driving and by the time I was able to check them it was too late to change the order. They substituted a $6 veggie tray for a $11 veggie tray. Needless to say, it was not what I wanted and half went to waste. (waste of money as well). This time I remembered to check no substitutes and half of my order was "out of stock", including a case of water. They have been out of items each time that I have ordered. Items that there are normally plenty of when you're in the store. Oh well, as I had mentioned, I'm grateful this service does exist, however, don't expect to get all your shopping done in one trip.

I was at the self checkout and my receipt fell between the checkout and a small soda machine. I called over for assistance to help get my receipt. I asked if the customer service person had a grabber or hanger or move the soda machine a bit. The customer service women looked at me, blinked and walked away.

Walmart has it all for the middle class worker who wants to save and budget. ZThe staff who I know some personally make you laugh and shopping worthwhile.

Never have everything I need. Too few cash registers open. I was 6th in line. Took 20 minutes to check out. WalmartPay didn't work at the register. Just another trip to hell.

I went to change out my year old battery that’s running on 11 volts when it should be 14 volts. They tell me it’s fine. Listen to your customers. If they want something done, do it. Don’t come up with an excuse. Like maybe it’s the alternator. I didn’t wait for three hours for you to tell me it’s ok and have it “ready” for me. I wanted a new battery plain and simple. Now I have to wait another three hours. But at least I got my oil changed.

Men's v neck t shirts in x large completely out. Basic items should NEVER be out of stock.
Also I have purchased for several years socks made by medipeds, these are affordable diabetic socks none of which was in Stock.
Although I found very nice employees this time which is rare, the the product selection sucked.

Cutbacks from corporate causing long wait and employee's out of a decent paycheck. How much Money do you need Wally World. The real sad part is you know people are going to shop anyway so why would you care.

Little disappointed that this Walmart does not have fabric department. FYI, if you need glue guns, glue sticks and other crafting materials, it would be wise to purchase prior to a school start.

They always have a ton of clearance items. The overnight staff is amazing. Especially the gentleman who watches the self checkout overnight; he is always so friendly and helpful!

The store aisles were a little confusing, but the variety of products was very helpful. A major downfall was the lack of open check out lanes, which is a Walmart problem in general. Luckily the self check out was fast, and the wait wasn't very long.

It is walmart. And only 2 lines open and each line is about 9 people deep.

The staff is very friendly but they ate so understaffed it makes gor a very frustrating shopping environment
Your frozen foods are thawed by the time you get check out.

Same as any Walmart. Usually clean and friendly staff. Nice prices. And plenty of items and wares to browse.

Friendly crew. Easy check out. Lots of parking area, but bad entrance. Only one in and out the same way. Can get busy and take time to get out.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star. The service here is absolutely pitiful. There is only one cashier working and the other lines that are open are self check outs. Just absolutely terrible!
