Walmart Supercenter, Kissimmee FL

Why is it that not one employee could help me find what I was looking for? ! I spent an hour trying to get assistance and looking around the store. I finally was able to get a manager that was able to assist, but it should not be that hard to get assistance. The employees spend almost everyday in that store and still have no idea what is going on.

As far as Walmart Stores go, this is the one closest to Walt Disney World, so it can get pretty busy at times.
Been going here since it opened, driving by a closer Walmart, since it's a newer store.
Always found the employees to be helpful and courteous. ️

It's alright, has a large catalogue of things to buy like every other walmart. If you need something quick it's literally the place to go. 4.01 stars

Plenty of parking. Masks required, and there was 100% compliance! Cordoned entrance where a staffer is sanitizing cart handles. Hand sanitizer, as well as, paper towels available at the entrance. Sanitizing wipes and spray on sale. Shelves, for the most part, were well stocked. Found everything we needed (and more).

Very busy! Lots of shoppers.

It's equal to other Walmarts as far as service. It's just that it seems to be the one that tourists go to the most, so it's always crowded and hard to find parking.

I really dont know wants going on All the Wal-Mart empty no items on the shelfs no fried chicken or no cakes Hello at all times not even online shopping?

Cheap good food with great parking despite the invitation being in Action The service is still great. The delivery is open and for you to take it out at the window, the prices are great. And the food is very tasty, it's a very tasty chicken. I recommend it to everyone.

I'm very upset with the requirements here. They are NOT forcing people to wear mask here! I'm not from here and it's sad. However, the appearance compared to other Walmarts was fantastic to see. Very well stocked and had everything I was looking for.

Even though they are constantly stocking the shelves they are consistently missing various items. The staff is mediocre (some great others not so much). The cashiers lack customer service skills, have had or witnessed multiple instances during the COVID hysteria where they require a person to step back leaving over a ten foot gap between customers in line, then get snippy because the next person doesn’t have the cart available to place bags as the person is still loading the tray. Later the cashier will either neglect to warn other customers or will remove their mask touching their face with a gloved hand that isn’t replaced or cleaned making all preventive measures moot.

This Walmart location has it's good and bad points. I am not sure that any locals would be crazy enough to shop here, but for tourists, this is the place to find whatever you are looking for. Let's start with the negative - Busy, think black Friday busy, thousands and thousands of tourists from many countries most days. Some wandering aimlessly. Don't expect a quick in and out trip. And for the positives - this Walmart has a huge selection of theme park merchandise, souvenirs and general merchandise. You will find most anything you need for your vacation here. They also are on point with stocking shelves. Wait times in line are not very long, considering the amount of people. Parking was not too bad, and it is very centrally located near theme parks and attractions.

Thank you to Walmart staff and management, including suppliers and contractors. Thank you to customers trying to follow confusing/conflicting/changing CDC, local/state/national government, and local/state/national health department guidelines.

Sales associate, Vicky, was incredibly rude and didn’t want to help with anything. One of my items would not ring up properly. Instead of offering to help to get it to ring up so I can buy it, she just took the item and said I couldn’t buy it

It is a cool environment, you find endless people from different countries and different states of the nation, people are friendly, including service personnel. It is very crowded but at least the store is always very organized.
