Walmart Supercenter, Fort Myers Beach FL

Didn't get all of the things that we paid for because unfortunately this is unfortunately the cashier didn't didn't give us all of the bags

Not good. It would have been better if the cashier could do her job instead of having conversations with her friends whils customers such as myself had to wait for her to go run & talk to her friends not at all happy

Couldn't find what I needed. Lines long not enough cashier's. And always in every Walmart I've been in most merchandise has no price on it or the shelf and I don't think I should have to hunt down a worker (ha good luck with that) just to get a price! So no price no sale.

This store is beautiful! I live in MI and our can't even compete. There also was more staff then I have ever seen in a Walmart. So clean and stocked. All employees deserve a pat on the back.

This Walmart supercenter is huge. It was very clean inside and the staff seemed friendly. The shelves were very well stocked and the overall presentation of the store was way better than my local Walmarts in Maryland. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location.

Store was clean and well lighted with plenty of merchandise. This particular store had some very friendly and helpful associates.

I have never been treated like I was treated in this Walmart. I was purchasing three of the two pound containers of strawberries and made sure to check the prices before I got them. Posted on the too and bottom shelves as well as the big black price numbers on the front of the cooler was $5.44. As the picture shows, the price on each shelve has strawberry 2 (which I assume is the two pound box) $5.44. I did the self checkout and I noticed that I was being charged $7.86 for each of the strawberry containers. I asked the associate for help and she said that she could take them off of my order if I didn't want them but that was all. I asked her to just look at the strawberry cooler (which was in her sight range). Then, she said she couldn't help me. It was like I was being a bother to her! Like I was irritating her and taking up her time! There was no $7.86 price posted anywhere close to or on the cooler. I told her that I would get a survey and I would let them know.her words were. "Do what you have to do. " What has happened to common courtesy? I would have been happy with someone having just showing me where I failed to see the price that I was charged, or an explanation. BUT. Just handing over that money, even if it was $7.26 along with the attitude irks me! UPDATE. Thank goodness for employees like Elaine! The very next day. I showed her the pictures of the posted prices as well as my receipt and she said that I was over charged and she graciously refunded my money.even though she was supposed to be off work! She is what a great employee is an example of!

It's got fresh produce but no customer device! Better price also! Actualmente best Walmart my favorito lolñ

Terrible! Return counter was having a problem with computers. Had to go next door at the liquor store. She had to call a manager. Waiting very long. Problem trying to cash in a lottery ticket.worst Walmart I've ever been in. And they let a Dam bird inside.

This Walmart has a lot of the standard Walmart fare - but it also has a really great produce section. I have been very impressed with the fresh fruits and vegetables here.

Great prices and lots of stock on the shelves. Fruit and vegetables all look fresh and good quality.

Shelves are always less than half full. It is always a challenge to find ingredients for a full meal. Meat prices are crazy high. Paid $17.26 for a marked down steak. Pre-cut fruit is never fresh. Bakery is always half empty. Clearance racks are as high as regular racks. So whats the point? Not a place i like to go. And employees filling on line orders make it impossible to get down the aisles

Clean store. Didn't have to wait in a long line. Employees were friendly. I was able to find everything I wanted.

Michael blum, one of your associates is an Angel sent by God to help people. Amazing staff ever! Everytime I visit walmart the staff is helpful in finding what I need, smiling. Today, I went to get some groceries and when I came back my car wouldn't start. It was almost 10pm and I had called roadside assistance but it was taking them an hour to come. So, this absolutely amazing and Angel like employee, Michael Blum saw a 65 year old mother and a daughter looking for help feeling helpless and since it was night time I was feeling unsafe so we asked him if he knew anything about starting my car. He was the only one who willingly listened to us and saw our concern n agreed to help. I don't know anything about cars and he was kind enough to help jump start my car. God bless this man. He deserve appreciation and a raise this is one of the many reason why I like visiting walmart at San Carlos Blvd because the staff here is extra nice. If he was not here then I would have been waiting for the entire hour and he made sure I take the instruction to drive straight to home and do not turn off the car before reaching home. Thank you very much Michael for your generosity amd kindness. God bless u always

The people are definitely not your "friendly neighborhood" associates. Everyone seems put out when you ask a question or if you're seeking help. Maybe a different caliber of person should be hired to represent your store.

Love Walmart! Their supercenter and market isngreat ia choice ans prices. Always a good experience!

I like the produce here, the garden center, bought a TV here, and everything else to go with the house. One stop shopping. And the staff is very helpful and nice.
